While conducting the business check, I was alerted by Walmart Loss Prevention Officer, Marion Edwards, that a White, GMC Yukon, that was missing the front bumper was involved in an attempted theft of a coffee maker approximately two weeks prior. Edwards requested that I make contact with the vehicle, which was parked in row #7 in the Walmart parking lot. Edwards was requesting that I issues a trespass warnings to the vehicle's occupants.
I was in dispatch at 1700 hours. At approximately 1710, Officer Hoag, who was passing out Mall Memos, walked past Sunglass Hut. He radioed dispatch to let me know that he was told by Sunglass Hut employee, Tasha Renee Smith, that they were serving alcohol at the private party. I then panned the camera to their store front and noticed they had partitions across the front and a female that appeared to be a gate attendant. Officer Boeskool went to the store to investigate. I then called you to inform you of the situation. As you were calling Tony, Officer Boeskool came back to dispatch and said the short story was that Sunglass Hut had permission from Mall Manager to have the party and to serve alcohol. Debra McCann and two of her children (Jillian, and Jonathan) were shopping in Bangor, Maine Wal-Mart on December 11th, 1996. After about an hour and a half, the McCann’s paid for their purchases and proceeded to leave the store. On the way out two Wal-Mart employees (Jean Taylor and Karla Hughes) blocked their path to the exit and stood in front of the McCann’s’ shopping cart. Note Taylor may have actually put her hand on the cart. The employees told McCann that her child had previously stolen from the store and was not allowed in the store. Mr. Nichols stated that he was aware of the policy and that under no circumstances we should get into a physical altercation with shoplifters. On December 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m. A Hispanic male and a Caucasian male walked out of the Galloway ShopRite with carts full of unpaid merchandise. The Hispanic male took approximately $323.20 and the Caucasian male took about $409.18 of unpaid goods. Store managers went after them, and were able to recover $72.90 in merchandise. The remaining of the stolen merchandise could not be recovered. Management immediately contacted store Security personal, Victoria Winder, who call the police and took pictures of the license plate of the Toyota 4Runner the individuals took off in. The suspects were later identified as William Terpak Jr. and Jocsan Moradel-Flores using ShopRite’s video surveillance.
On 07/11/2016 at approximately 1149 hours, I, Security Officer James A-10280, was notified by a guest of a African American male selling a iPod on the Tulalip Casino Gaming floor. I made contact with a guest now known to me as Wade Maurice DOB: 08/24/83, who stated that he was trying to sell the IPod. I explained to Mr. Wade that selling any items in the casino is not aloud, and he would have to leave all Tulalip Gaming establishments for no less then 24 hours. Security Shift Supervisor Randy Stewart was notified.
Brandon advised the store has had several incidents of receiving counterfeit money recently, so he checked the bill with a marker to see if it was real. He advised the marker revealed the bill to be counterfeit. Brandon advised he told the W/M the bill was a counterfeit and the W/M advised he had just been paid by his boss. Brandon stated the W/M requested the counterfeit bill back and he told the W/M he was going to call the police. Brandon advised the W/M then fled the store without the counterfeit bill.
Prior to leaving the scene I did check the vacant residence directly behind 1431 Holly Trail East per Nita Dobbs request. While checking the residence I did observe the back door leading to the deck to be open. I observed no signs of forced entry and it did not appear as if the residence had been burglarized. I
On March 12, 2015 at approximately 0143 hours, I responded to C-Town Bicycle & Fitness Equipment, 1927 Highway 138 to investigate a burglary alarm. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the side glass window had been broken. Once other officers and the owner, Jane Hayward, arrived on scene, we proceeded to clear the building to determine if it was safe. No entry was made by the suspect and no items were taken. The building was determined clear and no threat was located.
On December 16, 2017, at approximately 1311 hours, I responded to 2660 N Orange Blossom Trail; Lot 48 in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made my contact with Pablo Joshua Soto (victim/complainant) who advised the following via verbal and a sworn written statement:
I responded to Trojan Commons Apartment B1 in reference to a damage to property call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Courtney Doolittle. Doolittle stated that when she arrived at her residence this afternoon, she noticed the door had shoe prints on it. When Doolittle opened the door, I observed the foot prints located on the door and structure of the door had been damaged, as someone tried to gain entry. Myself and Doolittle walked through the apartment to see if anything was missing. Doolittle stated that nothing was missing at this time. I advised Doolittle if she noticed anything missing, to call Troy Police Department. Doolittle stated that this damaged had to be done between Thanksgiving Day and today, before she arrived to the
I responded to Piggly Wiggly on US Hwy 231 in Troy, AL in refence to a child custody call. The caller advised that there was a black older model Pontiac with an unattended child in the back seat. Upon arrival, Sgt. Wingard witnessed the car leaving and performed a traffic stop on vehicle. The driver, Carol Whatley Atwell, advised that her grandson(David Ray Powell) was playing his game inside the vehicle. Atwell advised that she told Powell that she was only going to be in the store for five minutes so he didn’t need to get out. Atwell also advised that she was in the store approxmiatly 5 minutes.
On June 7, 2016, officer T.Cramblett #1191 was working cruiser 9182D, Zone 1 DMW, wearing the uniform of the day. Around 11:38 A.M radio aired that a robbery had just occurred at 1910 S. Hulmac Ct. Apt D, and that the suspect was a male black wearing a black shirt, jeans and having a goatee. The victim stated that the male had fled westbound from her apartment towards the 3C market located on Tamarack Blvd. The victim also stated the male was accompanied by a white female. Officer Cramblett was on Tamarack Blvd. when the information was aired and started to circulate the area. Officer Cramblett pulled out of the 3C market and turned northbound onto Tamarck Blvd. where he observed Mr. Warner Cutler and a female white walking southbound
On Sunday, September 6th, 2015, I, Officer Darryall White, was contacted by Sgt. Frank Long in reference to foods associate Joshua Moore (ID# 1934523) of Dockside Fries stealing money. Sgt. Long and two officers went to Dockside Fries to do pocket checks. It was discovered that Mr. Moore had $5 dollars under his cash register. Mr. Moore was escorted to the North Carolina Interview Room where a compliance audit and interview was conducted. Five dollars was found in his shoes.
I responded to114 Fox Street in reference to a Trespass call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Willie Kimble. Kimble stated that Decameron Henderson ran out of his residence upon him arriving home. Kimble stated that Henderson is already trespassed from the residence. Henderson also knocked Kimble door hinges off, when he was running out the door. Officers did noticed damage to the door and to the wood structure that the door is attatched to. Kimble also stated that Henderson is his cousin. Henderson wasn’t on scene at the time of officer's arrival.
