Interaction: Trireme The first theme of the AP World History course pertains to the interaction and relationship between the people of the past and their environment. The environment affects numerous aspects of historical populations, including their composition, migration patterns, and settlement. Often, Technological advancements were born out of necessity for survival and livelihood.
