Making Toronto proud of TTC can only be accomplished when customers and the riders feel the convenience in our everyday travel with TTC. No special advertisement, trademarks and no purge political showy behavior can supplant real conveyance. Equally important, “to provide a reliable, efficient and integrated transportation,” the TTC faces a real challenge because pride and loyalty from customers are not achieved from best looking and cleanest transit vehicles, it comes from how reliable they are and personally the TTC is lacking on reliability due to frequent delays and lanes closing for construction (Ferreira, 2016). In contrast, transit organization in Korea, Seoul Metro focuses on safety, service and smart as values and the vision is to dream bigger by communicating with customers (Seoulmetro, 2016). Seoul Metro’s vision and values do not have the word reliability in it, I trust that it is on account of Seoul Metro has as of now accomplished faithfulness from clients for being solid and stable.
