As two new co-advisors step up to lead HOSA, Health Occupations Students of America, Lisa Cardillo and Sarah Brink do their best to assist the club. The goal of HOSA is to introduce health careers to students, for the hope to enhance future health care. Students who are interested in the health related fields can benefit from joining the club since HOSA allows them to have an opportunity to shadow health professionals. The area I chose from the HCAHPS survey for my final project is communication with nurses. The goal for the S6 was to be able to be self-sufficient so that they could power their own systems. This was essential due to the new emplacement criteria for the BSA and BN TOC. Effective immediately HHC has developed a new priority of work when selecting the site for BN TOC. S6 will now emplace first with the ADVON and no one will emplace anything else until they have confirmed that they have connectivity. Once this is accomplished the BN TOC will be built around the S6 location. While some have offered their suggestions to the contrary, I have seen way too many times where the TOC is halfway built and has to move because S6 cannot make communications from their location for whatever reason. The SPO and HHC sections will be operating out of their containers that were transferred from Bravo company. Each container has power separate from the drash generators so in a worst case scenario the S6, SPO, and BN could work from the containers, it would be tight but it will work. HHC will run the base defense out of its container. We are working to configure the HHC container with radio mounts and a JCR TOC kit that way in the event of an attack the TOC will still be able to operate battalion operations while the defense will be coordinated
