I am not receiving email receipts after my rides, and I need them to expense trips for work.
It is possible the email is hiding in their spam or junk folder or they provided an incorrect email address , I would have the customer check their spam folder. If that doesn’t fix the issue they may need to log in and confirm that their e-mail address on file is correct. Another alternative would be to have them log into their Uber account and make sure they have the correct email listed . while there, they can also view their ride history and resend the receipt to themselves.
2. I would like to request an uberTAXI from the SAP Center but I don’t see the option in my app.
This depends on the location of the customer , whether they are indoors or outdoors. Their location helps pinpointing their exact GPS location. They would need to move to an area where they ca receive GPS signal so that the app accurately reflects their current location. If they have a latest phone I'd recommend them to click ‘Pickup Location’ and manually enter in the SAP’s address. Otherwise they might have to request metered service from an UberTAXI .
