Project management is an essential part of businesses and industries in order to advance ahead and add value to products. Project management enables companies to innovate, plan strategically, and for the economy to progress. If the team do not work together toward one goal then it would be a waste of resource.
Project may not necessary produce the results that you want. It is often done through trial and error to see if it can be improved to ultimately get the results. However, due to limited resources, sometimes a project is given up or unable to be continued. As surveys shows, many successful entrepreneurs do not actually plan ahead and formalize a plan for a new venture. It is done through whatever resources may be available to them and utilise them fully.
