The purpose of this organizational assessment paper is to provide a clear unbiased analysis of my place of employment. I began my employment at the Human Behavioral Institute (HBI) in Las Vegas under the supervision of Dr. Marie Cid and Dr. Anis Abi-Karam on August 17, 2009. This following will outline my personal leadership practices and potential future leadership. The Student Organizational Fair at SUNY Potsdam is essentially where a=organization clubs at Potsdam put up tables and students would walk around and learn more about the clubs. This week I decided to check out the student organizational fair to see if there was any clubs that I would be interested in. I didn’t expect too much out of it in all honesty but I’m glad that I checked it out.
