BUS 3302 Unit 5 Written Assignment Assignment: Design an advertisement for a product, service, or brand. If possible, take a photograph or create a video on youtube that you can link to. Explain how the material of this unit helped you develop a more effective advertisement. Let me first disclose that due to being in the middle of a move across the state of Tennessee from one home to another, I don’t have the resources to compose a video or photograph for this assignment (my camera is in a box and not accessible). Based on what I have learned during Unit 5’s reading material, I would like to create an advertisement for a product that has been in existence for 130 years and that is Coca-Cola (www.coca-colacompany.com). Seeing that this product has been along longer than anyone living today, we could capitalize on the constancy of the product in the average person’s life. Coca-Cola has partially attained that constancy since storing long-term memories in the hippocampus requires a large number of phase processing to transition from short-term memory to long-term memory (Unit 5 PDF based reading material). Memories of childhood with parents, siblings, friends, loved-ones are based gatherings where food and drink are shared. I guarantee that there are many childhood or adolescent mnemonics and eidetic images of the Coca-Cola at the neighborhood diner, movie theatre, and domicile décor are prolific and constant in our memories. …show more content…
When soldiers were returning from their tour of duty during World War I, they were issued coins upon leaving the ship, that when redeemed, gave them a free bottle of Coca-Cola for their service (www.coca-colacompany.com/history). There is little danger that the consumer suffers from retrieval failure or “tip of the tongue” syndrome when it comes to a lifelong exposure to Coca-Cola-especially during holiday
The three topics I am choosing to compare and contrast are the first 3, substantive law, procedural law, and judicial law. I feel that it will be a simple way of finding international law.
Unit 4 is the last unit for this class and for the last one; we were given the option to present our work to the class instead of writing an essay. We were allowed to choose the topic of our project which allowed the students to work on a subject to their interest. I partnered up with Giovannie (Gio) Legaspi for this project. It took a couple days to find out the topic of our project. We were looking through different commercials to see what they were trying to argue. We were thinking about the pro life and pro choice debate to be our subject but found it difficult so, we eventually decided to do immigration.
2. Analyze the “It’s Mine” ad based on the process of creating an advertising message as outlined in the text.
I’m always fascinated by the stories of successful entrepreneurs such as Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba and Elon Musk the founder of Tesla and Space X. It is not only because of they are famous but also because they found their investors who contribute to their success and have the right to take part of it. The curiosity of finance drags me into the field of commerce and investment. Finance, a comprehensive study, requires the ability of mathematics and understanding of the economic environments which are my two favorite subjects since I was in year 11. I got my first chance to access to the field of finance in 2017 through two internships: at China Everbright Bank and Nuoyuan Holdings, a subsidiary of Hanfor Holdings. Getting to
Stress, we all have it in our lives and for some of us it affects us in ways we do not even realise it. This causes me great discomfort as this leads me to not even have the ability to begin my tasks as I am concerned about how I will be able to complete it on time. Once I am able to resolve this predicament I will be confident enough about accomplishing all my tasks and concluding these tasks to my best effort.
There are two legal terms “search” and “seizure”. The legal term search means to examine another's premises to look for evidence of criminal activity. Under the 4th and 14th Amendments it is unconstitutional for law enforcement officers to conduct a search without a "search warrant" issued by a judge or without facts which give the officer "probable cause" to believe evidence of a specific crime is on the premises if there is not enough time to obtain a search warrant. The legal term seizure means the taking by law enforcement officers of potential evidence in a criminal case. The constitutional limitations on seizure are the same as for search. Thus, evidence
On July 11, 2015 at approximately 1140 hrs I dispatched to Police Headquarters for a report of domestic violence.
1. Weather is the current state of the atmosphere. Climate is the long-term weather conditions for an area or region. Some examples of weather will be tornadoes, hurricanes and flooding. When it comes to climate common examples will be tropical, polar, marine, and Mediterranean. The difference between weather and climate is that climate is a long-term weather. We can say that climate is like the “official” weather of the region or country. For example, in Dominican Republic, our climate is tropical. On the other hand, weather is the current situation on the region or country.
III. Mass Transportation- Encourage usage of mass transportation to improve air quality and traffic congestion.
Ten participants will complete both a pretest and post-test in this project. Participant’s knowledge will be measured by taking a five-question test on pill splitting. The five-question test will be conducted prior to any patient education followed by the same test three days after receiving patient education. Education will be provided on day one, and an educational pamphlet will be given to each participant. The surveyors will recruit participants at the clinical site and conduct the testing at the same location. Surveyors will utilize an educational brochure, various splitting device, and visual aids for teaching. Surveyors will identify any learning gaps during the project that participants or future participants may encounter that
The internal factors to be considered when planning the human resource requirements for an organisation are the internal planning force, demands for products/services, technological change, skill requirements, workforce profiles (age, gender, ethnicity, ability) and new markets. EREPORT # 19021 stated the following: The incident happened last night, 2/8/2016. Destiny's mother has "taken off" as evidenced by empty drawers and closets. Destiny stayed home alone all night by herself. The concern is that Destiny is not supposed to be alone with her dad, per DHS. Dad never came home last night, but the concern is 1) dad comes home and she is alone with him or 2) dad doesn't come home and she is alone again by herself all night. I found out abou the situation because the teacher told me. estiny disclosed to her teacher about being home alone, mother "taken off" and that dad may come home and she has to be alone with him. During the Summer of 2014, father sexually abused her. The prior abuse/neglect was reproted but I do
the sermon from Sunday, but wanted to know the title. I explained to the caller I did not have the title for that Sermon on WSPA at this time and could give him the church number to further assist him with that. Also, I explained to him I could order that local sermon from Sunday, July 5th on CD with no problem. Caller went ahead and just placed the order.
For this assignment, when I was researching and finding information about Callie McGinnis, it was very tough for me to get information on my person. I had to use my brain and time to really dig in deeper to find information on her. I had to search for places her information could be found. When I was gathering research, I could not just go to Google, type her name in, and the information be found. No, I had to really search and use key words to find information about her. Finally, I found a file folder of information about her located in the CSU Archives. The research material wasn't a lot, but it was very useful pertaining to this assignment. As a result, in this case the secret door full of treasure and gold is the information and knowledge
If this situation occurred in my future, where I was in the position of my FWE, I would strive to handle it similarly, but with a few changes in my professional reasoning practice. First, I would be more empathetic to the other person in the moment. I would try to not only understand where they are coming from in respect to their personal and professional lenses, but also understand the context of the situation in their perspective. I believe that addressing these help the situation move forward and become productive for both parties involved. I would also like to increase my emotional intelligence and pick up on other’s emotions in a quicker and more accurate manner. I believe by doing this I would be better prepared for the inevitable interpersonal
