If I’m the director of communications at United Airline, I will give a three suggestions for the CEO of United Airlines to response this news. First, CEO should write a letter of apology to the public. For this letter have to including about these things. Apology for the customer who was dragged, CEO should to say sorry for these customer, especially for this doctor, and statues that United Airline will make amends to with these customer. Then CEO should apology for the other customer of Flight3411, these customer also was frighten from this dragged, the video statues that there have kids was crying and other customer was feel terror about this accident. After that, CEO should make a promise that United Airline will not overbook in the future
