I think that, after season 1, every character had a little fan base. Their traits were established, we could see why and how they worked as a whole and their roles were pretty clear. Yet, season 2 changed things, and while change can be good or bad. I’m not really sure it was positive in this case. Unnecessary characters While I’ve really come to appreciate Shannon Kook, who plays Theo, and Nicole Stamp, who plays Mel; I can’t help but feeling that their characters hadn’t bring much to the table. Yes, it’s nice viewing Vordenberg’s minions, even seeing them as a little army; but the truth is that as far a storytelling goes, we could have someone else naming them in passing and there wouldn’t be a difference. At this point, Theo and Mel haven’t …show more content…
That’s why their personalities were delimited and we knew what they wanted. The problem with season 2 is that characters have been the same, haven’t reacted as expected or simply we have not seen them grow as expected. Have we seen more flaws? Yes, and they were expected. One of the greatest things about characterization during season one was that, as viewers, we knew the characters were not perfect, and that was what made them endearing. But what happened with season 2? Let’s see... Perry: Perry found the dead bodies of the kids from the school paper, she had a strange message written in latin carved in her stomach, she has been weird and no explanation so far. Kirsch: Kirsch went through a lot last season, his girlfriend was murdered, his best friend turned out to be a vampire, he was kidnapped and almost died, yet he’s still the same dumb frat boy from last season, we didn’t see his reaction to seeing J.P in Will’s body and he hasn’t mentioned anything about last season. Danny: Danny seems to still be hung up on Laura, she still has a hero complex, which sadly has been furthered by Laura and the circumstances. Did she learn anything from last season? Not that we - as viewers - know
This is an extended ending, taking place after the conclusion of the book itself. Not written in Ray Bradbury’s style.

In the sessions to follow, they met at a church, because she was under a form of witness protection to keep her safe from her perpetrator’s fellow gang members. Dr. Perry allowed her to guide the “play” during their sessions and she chose to reenact the night of her mother’s murder, using him as the dummy. She forced him on the ground and had him lay as though he were hog-tied. She would then walk around the room and bring various toys to him. Dr. Perry determined that she was choosing to relive her horrible experience, but this time, she was the one who had control. This allowed her to come to better terms with what happened and begin to heal. Slowly, Sandy began to change Dr. Perry’s position to laying on his side. Then, one day, after months of work, she chose to lead him to a rocking chair instead. She then handed him a book and sat in his lap. Sandy spent the rest of her sessions sitting in his lap, as he rocked her and read to her.
Montag spends the rest of the rainy afternoon uneasily reading through books while Millie sits idly. As he reads, Montag is often reminded of Clarisse. Meanwhile, the already edgy couple is alarmed by a scratching at the door. Millie dismisses it as "just a dog", but Montag knows it is the Mechanical Hound. Luckily, the Hound leaves without causing a disturbance. Millie whines that there is no reason to read books and that that their house will be burned down if anyone finds out. Montag responds with a passionate rant, asserting that they really have no concept of what is going on in the world and that those who seek to learn are quickly quieted, just like Clarisse and the old woman. He talks of the ongoing wars and how people all over the
Another character development showed an example in the move, “Spirited Away” when Master Haku, a boy in the spirit world who assisted Chihiro seemed as though he couldn’t be trusted; however, the scene flipped where Haku was shown as a loving caring person. Additionally, in “Ponyo” an example was also shown of Sosuke, a little boy helping Ponyo when she was trapped in a jar; at first, the way the director depicted that scene, it seemed as if the boy was going to hurt Ponyo which turned out not to be the case, that he too, like Haku was a loving caring human being. From the narrator’s point of view all of the characters looked suspicious, that some of them needed something; towards the end of the movies, the audiences could tell that the director was trying to alter the human perceptions.
Fahrenheit 451, written by Ray Bradbury, is a dystopian novel about a society living under the concept that no one should be sad, and this goal is achieved by mandating all the firemen to burn books. Firemen being ordered to burn books seem strange, but books have the ability to make people sad, with the ideas that are in them, however, this is a misconception that the characters of Fahrenheit 451 have. The government wants everyone to be happy, and by banning books, the government thinks they are doing the right thing. The author, Ray Bradbury, is explaining that the government banning something as an attempt to solve a problem actually makes the society suffer more.
Characters will change and develop throughout a story in several ways. Whether we see a character changing their routine, or changing a relationship, a character’s development is an important part of any fictional story. Many characters will develop in a way that is relatable to the readers life, whish is one of the purposes of authors creating certain characters. Many readers need a character to relate to his/her life to remain interested to see how the character will develop and maybe apply the development to his/her own life.
I picked these characters because they are both dynamic and they changed from bad to good which is awesome. In all reality Douglas Healey Saved them from the end that's why he should get most of the credit and also the group themself saved them. In conclusion people can change that was kinda the theme of the book and it's not that society can change you it's that you can change yourself don't let people judge like say you steal cars or your size or just plain bad it matters who you are inside and what you can do for
On the way home, Perry tells them everything about the murder and how he went on a frenzy when he killed Herb Clutter.
Characters: Although there were a reasonable amount of characters in the story, there were only two that were important and consistent throughout the book. The others didn’t have much of an impact into the story.
“Don’t ask for guarantees. And don’t look to be saved in any one thing, person, machine, or library. Do your own bit of saving, and if you drown, at least die knowing you were heading for shore.”- Fahrenheit 451. Ray Bradbury created this novel; not just to make an entertaining story, but to explain the problems of the future. Though this book is fiction, it informs the public on similar problems in the 21st century. Fahrenheit 451 illustrated problems such as technology, the brainlessness of society, and lack of communication. Those problems relate to the main themes of the book: totalitarianism, loss of faith, and the importance of relationships. The downfall of humanity can not be blamed for the lack of structure, but by the attitudes of the people. The actions of humans influences the destruction of mankind
Even with the original cast, the show will face some difficulties. Previous revivals such as Boy Meets World has been somewhat successful, but it fans aren’t it’s originals. Because it’s on the Disney Channel, most of its viewers are younger.
Next, the sleuths called Katie in and started asking her many questions. They started with “Where were you the night of the murder?” Katie looked to the left and then to the right and answered “I was at my friend, Alyssa Lynn Bunches’ house.” The investigators had no reason not to believe her except for the fact that they found out that she lives on the other side of the country. They knew she had to of made up the friend, but they didn’t want her to know they knew the friend was fake. They sent Katie home and brought in her brother in
To kill a mockingbird book is a story you should never read. It takes a long time to get to the middle, the climax of the story. It also has unnecessary characters that should have been in the story only at the beginning or not in the book at all. Lastly, it tells the unnecessary characters story than telling us more about what happened to Tom Robinson, Atticus Finch, Jem, and Scout relationship and also about how blacks and whites are not treated equally.
