Yes, I believe changing Superior's time off policies will decrease the unscheduled time off. For one, the employees will have plenty of time to plan their vacation time ahead. At the present time, Superior offer employees 7 vacation days a year, which has to be scheduled at the beginning of the year. With the new PTO policy, this would allow them more flexibility.
