“Dear Mr. Silvestre congrats, your son Jerald has been accepted into our humble, Upland High School. We are hosting a welcome ceremony on monday so you can drop off your student an hour early with his things. Also, make sure he is wearing the school’s wristband on campus. They monitor the location of the student for security, since the school is on an island you never know what could happen.”I have so much to do and writing these acceptance letters wasn't something I was enjoying.Setting up the traps for when they get here and prepare for their arrival!I wasn’t lazy, just a major procrastinator. The boss would be mad if I didn’t finish the arrival procedures and I didn’t like the boss being mad.Even thought I was in control I felt like a slave to him despite it all. After I finished setting everything up I ran through everything again. …show more content…
“One by one after they are buzzed on what to do,I'll knock them out!”i haven't figured out how yet.Maybe I could steal one of those sledge hammers from a convenience store?Or maybe I could get some anvils and have them fall on their heads! These were all good options, except I needed to keep them alive for now.Who knows what would happen if I actually killed a student? “Maybe I'll Just Drug them.”That seemed like a simpler way with less work. After they’re drugged I’ll drag or tow their body back around the building through the basement and into the old classroom.I legit walked through it,pretending to carry a body to the basement. “It’s tiring just carrying an imaginary body.”Out of breath I huffed as I walked down the stairs into the abandoned classroom. The sweet scent of dust and the aroma of cobwebs was delightful. “Ah,I wonder what kind of teacher taught in here?”I wondered as i paced around on the
As Angelica confidently strolled into Rosario High, Eliza and Peggy, her sisters followed close behind. Angelica had been at the school before, because she'd been taking a bus over to the high school for her advanced math class all throughout eighth grade. Eliza, however, had never been inside the building before and felt incredibly small walking in. Peggy wasn't even supposed to be there. She should've been in eighth grade, but she skipped it and went straight to high school. She was very smart, but no one ever noticed. She was always just Angelica and Eliza's sister. They made their way down wing 1B in search of their lockers. Peggy stopped at her locker, number ninety six, while Angelica and Eliza looked for their own. Angelica finished her search at locker number seventy stuff. Eliza found hers a bit farther down, locker 46. While she began to unpack her books, she saw four boys making their way down the hallway. One was the famous jock, Lafayette. No one knew his real name except teachers, because he insisted that it was to long to use. His friend, another jock who was very smart, however, Hercules Mulligan followed him down the hall. John Laurens, who was decent at sports, but more of a science guy was with them, too. Following them was the mystery man, Alexander Hamilton. He was in their grade, but barely anyone knew anything about him. Eliza figured he was just another jock.
There is a school in Rhode Island called Opequonsett High. It is full of jocks, mean girls, and popular kids. Hidden deep inside of the crowd are what you might call the outfitters. Vice Principal Mr. Brenigan wants anything BUT outfitters! The kids who did not fit in were usually the ones who got into trouble. Stella got in trouble for wearing an inappropriate shirt. Wen got in trouble for using bad words in class and Mo got in trouble for skipping class and behaving badly. They all got in big trouble for what they did. While they were in detention, a catchy song started playing. Wen started tapping his foot to the beat, then Stella started tapping on the desk. Finally Mo began humming along. They sounded
The emergency exit to the side, I dashed over to the door using all my weight to force it open, only to find, there was a large dumpster in front of the door. This was planted here… someone is still here, it had to of been Ryan. He must of known people where here, and he’s attacking my friends! It was a tight squeeze, I try again, getting a running start and crash my full body weight at the door, budging it ever so slightly. And again, and again, the large dumpster was inching over with every impact my petite body could muster. Eventually, the crack of the door was just wide enough, that I could fit by body through, but just barely wedging myself through. It was a tight squeeze, but I finally made it out. The banging was a little louder, and I look up, it was coming from the math and language building. First instinct was to pull out my phone to call the police, but we are in public property, we’d be in trouble, but unfortunately my phone had no signal, there was interference somewhere on the campus, just my freaking luck! I ran as fast as I could, whipping my mag light out and try to save Kyle and Sarah. The entrance to the math building was pried open, the lock was already smashed on one side. As I made my way in, I could see there were lockers and desks smashed in the halls, I hear the screams of Sarah intensifying and more loud banging and smashing, and a noise of a grunting man. It was coming from upstairs, I started to shout at whoever is causing the commotion to knock it off, arming myself with the blunt end of the mag light ready to strike. The noise was coming from the German classroom, I was fearing the worst, preparing to face the worst. I charge in, and to my surprise. Sarah rushed to hug me as hard as she could. Kyle with a pipe in his hand, gasping for
The bright, warm sun shone through the only window in Mrs. William's 5th grade classroom. Mckenna Green sleepy peeks up at the window and glances at the bright green trees and blooming flowers. She looks at all the beautiful spring colors and birds flying happily in the sky. Mckenna suddenly looks back down at her 35 question math test and sighs. All she sees is black and white, her least favorite colors. She then stares at the ticking clock, with several more minutes till school ends. Mckenna slowly drifts into a daydream, closing her eyes lightly. She imagines herself babysiting for the first time, something she had been wanting to do ever since her friends started to babysit. Mckenna sees her best friend Annie by her side as they watch Mckenna’s two-year-old sister Pennie play with her dolls. Shortly after, Mckenna’s mother Mrs. Green comes home and gives them both 20 dollar bills. “Thankyou, thankyou very much!” Mckenna says as she gleefully gazes at her money.
“ In the early month of May at the Menifee Middle School, it was a normal day until ‘YES’, ‘HIT HIM’ ‘HIT HIM.’ Students were pilling out into the schoolyard toward the echoes of cheering. With the excitement in the air, it was the chance for students to grasp the glimpse moment of exhilaration.
I am completing my second weekly-required meeting and hate this one more than the first. At least the first one was with just my fellow English teachers discussing our summers. This meeting includes the English AND History teachers. Apparently, Bonnie-Leigh High thinks the two subjects are closely related and feels they should have their meetings together to discuss freshmen. I still don’t understand why we are discussing the new freshmen class twice a week for two weeks. I could be putting this made time into Aiden. That is if Aiden had any free time. With September quickly approaching, Aiden has done nothing but write and write. Any conversations we have are small and we haven’t actually seen each other in a week, which is abnormal for us.
I’ll go check them out to try get some extra supplies. Nothing, completely empty. As I walked out of the house a shadow shot across the street and into the school’s rubble, should I run or check it out, what if it’s somebody else who survived. But in my little daydream I hadn’t noticed the creature emerge from the rubble. We shared a blank stare.
As the sun lazily climbed the sky, South Christian High School was just beginning to wake up. Some teachers had already shown up and were walking around the school or working in their classrooms. The few early-bird students roamed the halls, some chatting quietly with their friends. A few children were working tirelessly trying to finish their homework before the first bell
We pull up to the May Wood County High School, my mom quickly drives off as I get out of the car. I turn to the building, not even two seconds after looking at it, a lady in black comes up to me and grabs my arm. "You need to get in the school before the bell rings young man!" Her voice was eerie in a sense. She dragged me into the building, standing there were tons of other students talking to their friends and socializing. The lady walks back outside to "greet" the other late students. I stand in the middle of the sea of students, not knowing what to do. Everyone was eyeing me and I could definitely hear them talking about me, all of a sudden the bell rang and the flock of kids moved down the hall to their first period. I had to take a quick
This bar is not like the rest. It seems roomier than most I had been in before. Many others had made me feel cramped, but then again, so do most buildings. But, this bar lacks an odd array of patrons, the oddest of which being myself. The only outstanding behavior I can see is some drunken oaf with messy brown hair trying to hit on the barmaid, who happens to be a rather heavy-set woman. Her size reminds me of stories I’ve heard of my kinsmen, the Northern barbarians of the Frel.
Swoosh! goes the car door as I close it. I push the doors open like pearly golden gates as I walk into the building. It seems oddly quiet on this Thursday morning. Usually kids are jumping off the walls like maniacs. Other than that, it seems like a normal day at Harrison Middle School.
The year is 2015. There is mass chaos all around the world, politicians are untrusted, everyone is unforgiving, and just a wrong look could end up bad for somebody. Nothing seems to be right in the world. Except for one thing, something is right, something is perfect. The friendship between two young guys in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It is in the winter time and the snow looks beautiful all around. But for them, just a regular tuesday, in school, at Cedar Falls High School.
It's in the middle of the summer and EVERYONE is on their devices, there is wifi in
I sigh a head back to the classroom I know I have been gone for far too long for it to be considered normal and the last thing I need is for the teacher to come after me. I walk into the all to silent classroom which of course makes everyone stare at me. "What took you so long? I bet you were scared and ran off like a little bit-" "you might want to think about how you end that sentence before you go any further" the teacher warns.
There was once a girl named, Danny, she was just a regular student in her junior year of highschool. She was so excited to finish the school year out and just get to graduation, she never liked school all that much, but she did amazing in every class that got thrown at her. But even though she was lucky to never get messed with or bullied, her luck finally ran out. Danny had always been an extremely nice and even social kid, no one found it weird, until the new guy, Blake was placed in some of her classes and that made her life harder than it had to be for an entire week, let’s get into why it was.
