1.1. Introduction
Most of the electronic companies in the world use PCB for fabricating various electronic circuits. They use it to make multilayered complicated circuits in portable sizes. PCB is the abbreviation for 'Printed Circuit Board '. A printed circuit board , or PCB, is a self-contained module of interconnected electronic components found in devices ranging from common beepers, or pagers, and radios to sophisticated radar and computer systems. [1] PCBs are used in both simple and complex electronic products.
There are many methods of soldering on a PCB. The most common way which used nowadays for small scale production is by using a Soldering Iron which has to be done manually by hand. But for large scale production in industries convection reflow ovens are used. Our goal of this project is to help the small scale production with an electric oven by using the reflow method. PCB manufacturing process has become one of the most essential part of the electronics production lifecycle. PCB manufacturing creates many new areas of technology and this has resulted in significant improvements to be made in the reduction of component sizes. In recent years worldwide small production of electronic components has increased exponentially. So our projects has the similar approach as the other two soldering methods which are for small scale and large scale production. However we have tried to generalize the other two soldering methods were we used an electric oven to solder
