The audience is shown that these teen girls need a positive influence in their life; they need someone who is willing to help them one hundred percent. This subject is a serious matter, and it should not be taken lightly. The employees are expected to see exactly what types of responsibilities they are to take on when coming into this type of work. Their responsibilities can affect these young girls’ lives forever. A person will never forget the kind act that was brought upon them; it is something that will always be remembered. This center strives to achieve and succeed their goals, this business can only be successful if the employees are paying attention and learn what motives the center has to being successful in doing so. Not only do videos help the audience understand the concept of the message, but along with the video is a description line up of the job responsibilities in the center. The line up helps break down the expectance of the employee; it describes what qualities they need to have in order to become a successful employee to the company. “It is best to have a short list of essential functions and to have short sentences and paragraphs to describe these functions.
