I decided to use former North Carolina basketball coach, Mr. Jim Valvano. On a night in 1993, Mr. Valvano gave a speech that greatly affected myself and possibly many others on an emotional level. He led North Carolina’s NCAA basketball team to a championship in 1983. In 1992, Mr. Valvano was stricken with metastatic adenocarcinoma, which is a type of cancerous tumor that occurs in several parts of the body.

Coleen Rowley was working in the Minneapolis office of the FBI as an agent-attorney before the 9/11 attacks. Her FBI team actually had in custody a French Moroccan immigrant who was later convicted of conspiring with other known terrorists to murder Americans. Her team knew before the 9/11 attacks that the immigrant, Zacarais Moussaoui, was acting incredibly suspicious. The team reached out to supervisors to ask for permission to search his belongings and his computer. However permission was denied. Later after 9/11 Rowley believed if the FBI in Washington had managed the information better, perhaps some of the carnage created in 9/11 would have been avoided. Subsequently, she blew the whistle on her FBI counterparts in Washington writing

Once upon a time a boy named Buford Jackeline lived in Hamilton Scotland during the 19th century. No one liked Buford because of how big of a bully he was to everyone, even to his parents. His nickname was Devil boy. He always ate fish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No one stood up to him not even his dad. Buford acted like he was the king of Hamilton.
The 513th Field Support Staff has a particular computer skill set and troubleshooting knowledge that was demonstrated during the initial integration of a 3.7.4.1.1 Stack into the Datacenter. The teams’ latest ventures assisted in the identification of configuration issues unique to Fixed Sites that were documented for future development. The real challenges for the individuals involved were to complete the system integration within a limited time period. The team not only was able to meet the timeline, they were able to identify problems while implementing corrective actions allowing for the Theater Ground Intelligence Center – Central (TGIC-C), to meet their operational requirement in support of ground forces. Such an implementation had never been performed anyway else successfully thus displaying the technical expertise of the Team.

She participated in class discussions and maintained a mature attitude towards her studies throughout the course. The photojournalism course provided a starting point for her to develop skills in photographic narrative and composition. Braeleys’s confidence allowed her to create a visually stimulating photographic journal of her time spent with friends in the UK. In addition, she contributed some great photographic prints of Cambridge to the class exhibition. I hope she continues to record her life and experiences via photography. I encourage her to carry on and develop her observational / photographic skills and integrate them into her educational
Bill Buford talks about things that are happening in the soccer in crowds that he has seen in England. Also, he is not happy with the violence that he has seen repeatedly as he is sick to the back teeth with carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders while he feels like a beast of burden. He is very tired of everything including the violent actions of the firm and he probably really desires to go home to New York. I on the other hand have just finished working at a nightclub as a bouncer and it is raining hard which makes me feel even more “down” than I usually feel! I was so annoyed with the people who are there every night and who also pretend to be superstars even though they are just regular people. I rode my motorcycle to ‘Surfer’s
