Julie Mialaret is my mother and she is 53 years old. My mother exercises very rarely because of her intense work schedule. She says it is hard for her to have the energy everyday to work out after long work hours. She has never smoked in her life because she does not find it appealing. Mrs. Mialaret eats a very low-fat diet and eats very small portions. My mother eats very healthy and is able to maintain her weight without exercise. She faces no barriers when it comes to eating healthy because growing up she ate little portions and couldn't afford fast food. On this date worker received a call from Ms. Val Wilson, RN at Alacare HH. Ms. Wilson has been Mrs. Brown’s nurse and been in the home multiple times. During Ms. Tara Brown time as caregiver the home was clean, food cooked, and Ms. Brown received her medication. According to Ms. Wilson Tara moved in during the summer after Larry Brown, son of Ms. Brown locked Ms. Brown out of her home. Tara told Ms. Wilson that her father, Larry Brown was MR and suffered from Schizophrenia. She also reported seeing bruises on Mrs. Brown’s arm where Mr. Brown would grab her. A report was received on 7/9/2017, indicating that Tammy Albury (mother) and Armando Guerrero (father) were involved in a domestic dispute in the presence of Cember Albury (CV-15), Devon Albury (CV-16), and Damian Guerrero (CV-1). According to the report, Armando went to Tammy’s truck to retrieve his property. It was said that Tammy went to Armando’s car to retrieve a phone cord and Armando grabbed her by the hair and pulled her by her left arm out of the car. The report indicated that Tammy fell on the ground and Armando got into his car and drove off. The report indicated that Tammy sustain a bruise on her left upper arm around the bicep. According to the report Cember (CV-15), witness Armando pulled Tammy out of the car.

Upon arrival Mansfield PD Officer's were on the scene and had suspect in custody. I spoke Mckay Briggs, Andrey B/M, DOB 09/07/1984, who said that after his step daughter Lovender, Ashlin DOB 06/01/2012 dance recital his mother in law Kent, Ruby DOB 05/27/1960 tried going to the stage to see Ashlin and he told her that she couldn't. Mckay Briggs said that the dance company said that only one care giver per child was allowed on stage. Mckay Briggs said that he got in front of his mother in law trying to prevent her from going on stage. Mckay Briggs said that Kent went around him and continued going on stage and again he stepped in front of her to try and prevent her from going on stage. Mckay Briggs said that the third time he got him front of Kent she pulled a taser out of her purse and begin trying to tase him. Mckay Briggs said that Kent touched him twice with the taser, but was not shocked by the taser. I spoke with Kent who said that she pulled out her taser because she felt threatened. This agent is advising the Court that Ms. Lisa Matthews was not compliance with the terms of probation. On August 9, 2015, Ms. Matthews incurred a new charge for ASSAULT-SEC DEGREE (Case #5C00422196, Tracking #151001757546) and on September 23, 2015, a Final Peace Order (#0804SP05862015) was filed against her as well. On November 18, 2015, Ms. Matthews appeared in the District Court of Maryland for the aforementioned charge and her case was placed on STET.

Could you please assist me? My associate was reviewing appeal # APP-2018599 that was completed by Priscilla Wilkerson. She notice that all the claims checks were suppressed when they were not advised in the SOW to processed this way. In order for all 18 claims to be reprocessed, Danielle has been advised to redo the SOW. Since, this was not her error, I think that these claims need to be reprocessed again correctly by Priscilla or another claim analyst. Could you please review and advise? EREPORT # 19585 stated the following: The incident is ongoing. It is reported that the child is currently in the physical custody of the father, John Hunsucker, and he will not allow the mother access to the child. There is reportedly no custody agreement between the parents. Mr. Hunsucker is reportedly using drugs (marijuana and possibly meth). It was stated that Mr. Hunsucker has made the child urinate into medicine bottles, for him to use to pass employment drug screens. On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, this writer along with Inv. Hopkins and Inv. Lehn of the Metropolitan Police Department Youth And Family Services Division, Missing Person Unit were given this child custody investigation to investigate. .

Tammy had made her way upstairs as she approached his bedroom she had saw the child tangled in its own bed sheets, grasping for air to breath and appeared to be in distress from lack of air. Tammy shocked, tried to free Kenneth but was very unsuccessful. She then tried calling 911 for an ambulance. The 911 operators to preform CPR but Tammy instructed she unstable could not bring herself to calmingly follow the instructions given. Later the ambulance had shown up and had taken Kenneth to the hospital where he was revived and given air. Kenneth had suffered too much brain damage, which lead him to be taken off life support three days later. The relationship between Tammy and Kenneth was a mother and son bond which in their case was stable because even though Rick was abusive she did not let him harm Kenneth where when things got bad she became in contact with the Children’s Aid Society where she was willing to put him into care for three months in order to protect him when she felt their living situation became unbearable. Tammy became a suspect in 1993 when Charles Smith concluded that Kenneth’s death was no accident after preforming a detailed autopsy of the two year-olds body. Tammy became a suspect because she was the only one in relation to Kenneth and she was the only one who had reported the murder and claimed it was an accident.

RP reported during a supervised visit with Tahnya’s biological parents (names not provided) at the family visitation center on 7/31/15, Tahnya disclosed to her biological parents that “Mina hit me”.
