As the imminent conclusion of the 13 year journey at Vancouver College approaches, there is certainly a realization of how Vancouver College has shaped our fundamentals and enriched the principles and perspectives which shape the person I am proud to be today. In truth, this imminent conclusion of my time at such a fine institution, as well as the commencement into a new chapter of our lives, conjures a fusion of emotions of nostalgia and appreciation. I would also like to thank my parents, MSQUAD (MPxMCxML), SSOAN, Mr. Kim, Mr. Pineda, Mr. Shin, Mr. Slivinski, Br. Conti, and Mrs Vernier, who have been so supportive throughout my years at Vancouver College. As we enter a new chapter in life, I genuinely wish all the best to my fellow classmates
In 1937, Meridian Community College (MCC) was founded as a part of Meridian High School in the local school system. In 1965, the College also formerly known as Meridian Junior College moved from its original location to its present location. In 1970, the College merged with the historically T.J. Harris Junior College according to a federal court order to the Meridian Municipal Separate School System. There were more than 400 students and faculty joined the MJC campus. In 1980, Meridian Junior College established its own district and Board of Trustees. In 1987, the College officially changed its name to Meridian Community College to reflect its mission and the diversity it provides to a growing community (http://www.meridiancc.edu/Assets/1pdfs/catalog/MCC_Catalog_2015-2016_Book.pdf).
On 8th September 2015, we had our first Ethics Class. Professor Powers started the class by reviewing a case involving Queen’s University, Canada and the COO of the newspaper empire, Hollinger, David Radler. David Radler along with his business partner in Hollinger, Conrad Black, were found guilty of diverting funds of around $32M for personal benefit. Radler, that time 63, faced 29 months in prison and a $250,000 (U.S.) fine for his in fraud at Hollinger International Inc, after agreeing to co-operate in criminal probe against Conrad Black (The Globe and Mail, Sep 21 2005). Because of this co-operation, Conrad Black got 6.5 years in prison though Radler was equally accountable for the fraud according to the judge Amy J. St Eve. (The Globe and Mail).
Two specific groups that I identify with as part of my decision to attend Columbia Southern University is based on my family and work. As an individual my choice to attend is based on my own desire to achieve a higher education in order to obtain a job that is satisfactory to the life and goals I have mapped out for myself. By having a job for which I have specifically attended school for, it will allow me to get and sustain a career conducive to my own happiness and prosperity. While my own individual choice to attend school is great, I have a family that encouraged me greatly in this decision. Both my mother and father, between the two, have a Master’s degree in criminal justice, and a Bachelor's degree in paramedic studies. Naturally
I also decided to go to Delta College because it was the best fit for me. I think it is a great school that has a lot to offer. I really enjoy how I have been able to do a lot of my prerequisites online, which helps out a lot with having a 1 1/2 year old at home. Good luck with your degree in Criminal

Coastline Community College is not a large college and there were a lot of subjects that were not offered. Although I wanted to take on-line courses of other college in Korea after graduation, all the corresponding courses were in-class courses and I would not take them. In addition, I wanted to take the prerequisite courses through UC Online, the corresponding prerequisite courses were not available and I could not take them.
This paper analyzes the case study of Valley Community College (VCC), which is one of the oldest community colleges in the nation. Since its inception in 1910, it has grown and expanded to over 25,000 students, and a faculty of 1,500. The largest student population consists of 38% Latino, followed by Whites, Asian Americans, African Americans, and Native Americans. The College is now operating at maximum capacity and has a waiting list for each location. In order to meet the growing demands of the community, temporary classrooms have been setup in a large portable trailer. Due to the financial pressures of the institution, a new building is currently not an option. In addition, many of the faculty members and administrators are expected to retire, which is affecting faculty and staff workloads as well as tension of program accreditations. These concerns are impacting the entire campus morale.

We decided to come up with the way of reimbursement to help lower the tuition prices at Salt Lake Community
Wilfrid Laurier University is famous for its alumni connections and world-class co-op programs. I would like to leverage these opportunities to develop an advanced education as well as reinforce my networking skills. The Laurier has a very positive atmosphere that I believe will greatly contribute to my learning Experience. With Canada being an increasingly multicultural nation, knowing more than one language is beneficial when it comes to opportunities. I could use my proficiency in both English and Chinese as a competitive advantage in my future pathway.
