Depending on what a vegetarian eats depends on the type they are. People who do not know the diet think that all vegetarians do it to save animals. Even though some vegetarians do not eat meat for that reason most do it for health reasons. There are a lot of several types of vegetarians. Vegans are in another category because they do not eat any meat or animal products. Although the types of vegetarian diets are so different; they also have a lot of things in common. There are a lot of similarities with several types of vegetarians, some are major some are minor. One of the similarities is the food they eat; the diets do vary based on the type of vegetarians, but they do eat a lot of the same things.
