¬ Vice President of Business Development • Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development. • Collaborate with members of the company to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and follow up. • Work towards sales and revenue goals of the company. • Develop creative outreach strategies to attract and retain clients. ¬ Vice President of Operations • Monitor project objectives, company policies, procedures and performance standards of all field personnel. • Monitor construction through the Project Management Team in collaboration with the project site Superintendent to ensure that the project is built ahead of schedule and within budget. • Represent the company at project related meetings as requested. ¬ Vice President of Preconstruction • Create standards, procedures and culture to sustain and support company’s needs in pricing projects that allows for coverage of costs while being profitable. • Regularly monitor success, efficiency and accuracy of the department’s budgets, GMPS bids. Review and implement strategies to sustain efficiencies and accuracy of the Estimating department’s work. • Assure that company-wide subcontractor database is maintained by estimating staff. • Drive continuous improvement and strategic planning within the group to create a “best in class” Estimating team. ¬ Vice
