Victoria’s alright for now but she knows Jonesy will be back soon, he never goes away for long. What will he want from her today? Will he make her laugh? Will he make her cry? Things never used to be like this. When Victoria first met Jonesy he was everything she’d ever dreamed of. He would comfort her, keep her warm, make all the problems of the world simply melt away. What happened to those days? She finds herself thinking more often than not of now. At first, Victoria figured that her and Jonesy would conquer the world together, it had seemed that way. Victoria was different back then just like Jonesy was. Youthful, pretty, full of energy and always fun to be around. Not the wacked-out, aged hag she stares at in the mirror every morning. She should probably start getting herself cleaned up for Jonesy. When he gets here he’ll want her looking her best, he always does. Not for him anymore, but for the countless slobs he’ll send her out to please tonight. He’ll kill her if she doesn’t earn for him. Victoria wonders just how many naïve, stupid girls he’s done this to? How many others will he visit today, she knows she can’t be the only one. He’s close now, she can feel herself beginning to sweat as he draws near, she can feel herself beginning to tremble. Victoria loved him, the love of her lifetime turned into a tragedy. But, that’s all this love can last for, a lifetime. She knows that now. She knows what she has to do. Through trembling hands she cooks up her plan for Jonesy. At first he’ll like it, he’ll love it, she know that. She prepares herself and for the first time in years she feels at peace fall over her for what it is she’s about to do.
