With two titles in the past three years, the Villanova Wildcats are on their way to becoming a dynasty. Since the end of John Wooden's UCLA coaching tenure in 1975, only twice has a school won two times in the span of three years. These were Duke's  early 90's teams of Grant Hill, Bobby Hurley, and Christian Laettner, and Florida's 2006-2007 teams of Joakim Noah, Al Horford, and Corey Brewer, meaning the Wildcats have joined elite company. Once known as a top team during the regular season who would flame out in March, Jay Wright's most recent teams have shattered that belief.

“The Butler Way demands commitment, denies selfishness, accepts reality, yet seeks improvement everyday while putting the team above self (“Butler”).” The preceding quote is the motto for the entire Butler University Athletics department. Every team, player, and faculty member must adhere to it if they want to be in Butler Athletics. The general idea of the quote is referred to as the Butler Way. One of the Butler teams that showcases this Butler Way is the Men’s Basketball team. The Butler basketball team, otherwise known as the Butler Bulldogs, has achieved great success in the sport of College Basketball.

The University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP) is a vast, state funded college in College Park, Maryland. The college was established in 1856 as Maryland Agricultural College. The five star started in 1989 on a 420 section of land grounds.

In ninth grade, he was a measly 4-9, and by time he transferred to Lake Forest, he was an underrecruited-for-his-age junior, though he grew to be a stockier 6-2. He decided to attend Rice University, where he set a school freshman record in assists and was named to the Conference USA all-freshman team.

As the last pick in the 2011 NBA (National Basketball Association) draft, a guy from the University of Washington was selected to play for the Sacramento Kings. Isaiah Jamar Thomas, who currently plays for the Boston Celtics, was underestimated in his playing ability. He stands at a height of 5’9” and weighs about 185 pounds. His name came from an older NBA player-that was also named Isiah Thomas-who played for the Detroit Pistons. It was not because his parents were fans of the Detroit Pistons, but for the opposite reason.

The 6-foot-3, 175-pound sophomore was forced into the starter role with Butler last season. He threw for 1,841 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Corey Brewer was born in Toronto, Tennessee and attended Portland High School. He played multiple sports, but saw his greatest achievements while playing basketball for the Portland Panthers. As a junior, he led the Panthers to the Tennessee High School State Basketball tournament semi-finals. During Brewer’s senior year, he was drafted to the elite McDonald’s All-American Team and played in the Jordan Brand All-American game in 2004.

In today’s society, a good quality education is an important and valuable necessity. As a college student at Lone Star College, my college experience has greatly influenced me in an enormous amount of ways. By attending college, I have not only had a chance to receive a quality education and degree, but also an opportunity to socialize and interact with various people from different cultures. In addition, the professors on campus have been extremely helpful towards teaching me to succeed in both inside and outside the class room. Furthermore, my college experience at Lone Star has greatly influenced and encouraged me to be successful and achieve my dream of becoming a doctor.

Wellesley, Massachusetts, located in Norfolk County, is a premier town in the Greater Boston area. Conveniently, the town has rail service to Boston, Framingham, and Worcester, making your daily commute hassle-free. With a thriving population of 27,982, as of the 2010 census, it is home to multiple prestigious colleges, such as Wellesley College and Babson College. Wellesley is bordered by Newton, Weston, Needham, Dover, and Natick. Settled in 1630, it possesses the unique feature that the well-known “Cottage Street” has been designated a historic district. A trimester schedule makes PND stand out among Peoria area high schools. Peoria Notre Dame is in competition with the District 150 schools for students, as well as with the high schools in Dunlap, Metamora, and Washington. Since all of those schools charge no tuition and PND does, anything Peoria Notre Dame can do to set itself apart from them in a positive way would be beneficial to enrollment numbers. Unlike some of the other unique attributes of PND such as the 1:1 computer system, the house system, and the rotating schedule, the trimester schedule is easily advertised and explained to prospective students and families.

Kansas City is the largest city in the state of Missouri. It is also the 6th largest city in the Midwest. As of 2015, the city had around 475,000 residents and was the 36th largest city in the nation. Kansas City straddles the Kansas-Missouri border and a portion of the city lies in the state of Kansas as well.
