I feel if my beautician constantly asked me what I wanted I would lose confidence in their abilities, and be scared for my life. A person in this career field definitely needs to be an outgoing person because this occupation requires being around a lot of people. They need to have customer service skills and be a polite and pleasant person. Obtaining an esthetician license will provide financial stability for myself and will help me identify myself in this particular career path. An esthetician is described as, “A person with special training in administering facial, aromatherapy, hair and skin, makeup, etc”, (4). This field requires special training that promotes the success of treatments. From the training I have received through schooling, I have used many techniques in conjunction with cosmetic products to treat different types of clientele.
