Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. What prompted you to act? Would you make the same decision again? A time that I remember was prompted to act is making a decision on whether to stay at Washington High School or go to Douglass High School. This decision is important because if I was to leave I would’ve had problems with my senior year. I was prompted to act by my educational needs and my wanting to not have any problems. I believe I would make this decision again if necessary because it vital for future plans of me graduating from high school on time in the year of 2017. This to me was one of the biggest decisions in my life so far besides the decision of where I want to go to college but I believe I have already made

My Decision-Making Report is intended to convince the director, Linda Autrey, about renewing the Early College High School program. I am a current member of Early College High School and noticed the changes in the program as the years passed. Due to all of the changes, the program soon stopped after the 2019 class. I believe that it should be brought back because it’s a great program that comes with many benefits and can save a student thousands of dollars.
"Life presents many choices, the choices we make determine our future" (Catherine Pulsifer). The choices we made in our pasts often define who we are in the present or who we may become in the future. For some, the choice is which college to attend. My choice was between my two favorite sports, soccer and baseball. There were many problems that lead me to have to make a choice. The decision process was hard to go through and the choice has made me who I am today.

Definition: A systematic procedure based on thinking patterns used to make choices in the hopes that they are good ones. It involves considering the Elements of a good choice and weighing them against your MUSTS/WANTS and any risks before making a final decision: The book is full of mumbo jumbo on this, but it isn't rocket science. We do some decision analysis almost every time we take a course of action.
The decision I made January 21,2011 was clearly not a good choice, and I accept the responsibility for the events that occurred. But now is a time to make a change and to improve my decision making abilities. An event like that really can make a difference in how you approach situations. I could have easily lost a valuable chance at a good education, however I was granted the opportunity to make up for what I did and received a second chance. For that, I am extremely grateful and am ready to do whatever it takes too better myself and my life at Maryville.
“There comes a time, that defining moment in our lives, when we just have to make that like changing decision…” From the time that we are young we are faced with making decisions – some easy some more complicated. It may be a major decision, or it can be a little more compact. No matter what form, we all are exposed to making decisions. I have made many decisions, but the one that has taught me the most came into play when I was in 8th grade on September 28, 2012.
Most decisions are made with analysis, but some are judgment calls not susceptible to analysis due to time or information constraints. Please write about a judgment call you’ve made recently that couldn’t be analyzed. It can be a big or small one, but should focus on a business issue. What was the situation, the alternatives you considered and evaluated, and your decision making process? Be sure to explain why you chose the alternative you did relative to others considered.
Decisions come in many forms: simple, intricate, big, little. However, despite the diversity, the same factors influence every kind of decision. Big decisions have a lasting impact on life and must be given substantial time in deciding the outcome. During senior year of high school, after spending a few years planning, visiting, and applying to universities, I was entasked in choosing where I would spend the next four years of my life. This choice would not only affect me for the next four years, it would affect me for the entirety of my life. Fall 2015
