W= This is an online lesson plan created for teenage students. Office 365 Classroom will be utilized for instructional delivery. Instruction, assessment, and all activities will be provided through Office 365 Classroom. Students will login to Office 365, click on the Classroom tab from the Office 365 dashboard, and click on the appropriate classroom link. I will name this class Information Literacy 101. After clicking on the class students will see an assignment created and titled, Evaluating Sources Step 1. Students will know where the unit is going because an explanation will be provided as follows: Information is not always reliable, valid, or accurate and it is important to examine, compare, and evaluate sources. You will be exploring this issue/concept throughout the week. You will examine a pre-determined website, participate in discussion forums, view a presentation and video links, and finally retrieve and examine sources on your own. You will complete a final written reflection for an assessment. The lesson is broken up into different steps. Complete each step before moving on to the next. Each step has a specific due date. Be sure to complete each step on time, in order to receive credit for the step. You will not receive credit for any late assignments. The first assignment is due Monday, March 6th by 12 pm.
On February 1st, I visited the Britton Macon Area School. The teacher I observed was Ms. Richardson. She teaches a self-contained classroom for middle and high school grades. I started the observation at 8:00 A.M. until 11:32 A.M.

There were many similarities and differences over the book and DVD. Lots of them were full of shocking surprises and twists. The Call of the Wild is mostly about a dog named Buck that goes on a journey through the wilderness. He faces great dangers along the way. He is also traded back and forth thru multiple people.

The “Vaccine War” produced by PBS, enriched my views on vaccination and it’s benefits, because i didn 't know the power of herd immunity before the documentary. Before, I believed that vaccinations should be up to an individual and they should do as they want. Now, I think that vaccination should be required, due to the high potential risk of turning it down as compared to the risks of adverse reaction due to the vaccines. In regards to the connections between autism and vaccination. Results should be studied in more detail, and delivered to the public through the work of mass media.Documentaries such as the “Vaccine War” can be used as a way of delivering conclusion made by science to the public. Although the documentary leans towards the perspective that vaccination using numerous examples of studies debunking the ideas expressed by the anti vaccination movement, it puts out facts and results which can be testified, therefore, it’s more reliable than videos found on the internet and complaints of people against the idea of vaccination. However, the problems raised by the anti-vaccination movement should be studied in more detail, geared towards the general publics health and wellbeing, and the results should be reported publicly and in an understandable manner, in order to make them available to everybody.Since vaccination decisions not only affect mothers and children, but also their community, these decisions should not be treated as individually as they currently are. Becoming a soldier in the United States Army is an amazing accomplishment at so young an age, and usually considered to be a good thing. It’s is a career, a job that can provide for a family in the future, as well as providing an identity, job opportunities , college education and friendship with like minded individuals.
