One of the ways to have a great life is to eat food everyday. Eating food gets us motivated and have a sense of energy to be active. In our lifetime in this world we all eat unhealthy and healthy everyday. However; when you break things down of how much is what in the market or how much the food is in a fast food restaurant, it does not add up. The meaning of unhealthy is cheap informs that realistically anyone can have a meal that can make them full very cheaply; although, in the end it all comes down that the food that they ate should be unhealthy. Most of the time the cause of eating unhealthy is for being in a rush. In the article, “ The Pleasures of Eating” the author, Wendell Berry informs,” We hurry through our meals to go to work and hurry through our work to “recreate” ourselves in the evenings and on weekends and vacations” (Berry 2). For further more explanation Berry implies that in most cases our population tends to not have a sit down and have a relaxing healthy meal. Most citizens are on the rush to get whatever food meal they can have that is cheap and to get the job done quick and be full. From what I see from this, This is how companies use their advantages of their fast food restaurants of having orders to go and drive throughs. Having one of these options gives the consumers the idea to be rushing and have a quick “pit stop” to grab their meal quickly. However, what the consumers do not know is what they are buying. Just remember, they are buying from a fast food restaurant meaning most of their meals are unhealthy for the body; yet, consumers do not see this because, one, it is cheap and two, it is quick to order from drive
