America’s Finest City, San Diego, California is located in the southern most county in California, San Diego County. “San Diego is the second largest city in California”, (Wikipedia, 2013). Bordered by Orange and Riverside Counties to the north, Imperial County to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and Baja California, Mexico to the south.
