What is Lucid Dreaming?

Lucid dreaming is the art of becoming aware that you are dreaming, while remaining asleep.

Think of it like waking up while your body is asleep, and literally walking around inside your mind.

You can influence the dream world to become or do whatever you want. You have the power to think about what you want to do and make decisions as you do in waking life, while knowing that none of it is real.

This is very useful for learning things about yourself, learning why you think they way you do, discovering lost memories, talking to people you haven 't seen in years, playing out situations that haven 't happened, practicing things such as a confrontation or situation, or just for having fun and doing amazing things like flying controlling objects with your mind or playing around with superpowers.

The potential for Lucid dreaming is literally limitless. Your mind can do amazing things, and in a dream, there are no limits other than the ones you imagine to be there.
