The greatest asset of all organizations is its people. How efficiently and effectively a corporate can function is majorly influenced by how well their employees can work together towards attaining the organizational goals. But the every employee is unique in their values and perception. And research suggests that factors such as culture, belief, and background are major deciding factors. In the modern world, even nationality of the workforce is diverse thanks to globalization, which has resulted in movement of labor across national borders.
A varied workforce is of great benefit to an organization. The list of advantages is very long and it includes increased adaptability, broader service range and variety of viewpoints to name a few.
