How does human trafficking violate the human rights of people living in India? Human trafficking is illegally transporting people for forced labour or sexual basis. Human trafficking is often referred to a form of slavery or kidnapping. Many families lose their kids to a sudden disappearance everyday in India. Even though human trafficking is illegal under the law it is a major problem, and is affecting many people in India. Human trafficking can affect its victims physically, physiologically, and even socially. Human rights clearly states that people have the right to liberty and freedom. Human trafficking definitely denies this right, taking innocent people illegally and forcing a harsh life upon them. Human trafficking must be stopped before it grows until a point where it can’t be stopped. The way it affects people physically, physiologically, and socially is just not acceptable to so many innocent victims in India.
