Impact and contribution of healthy diet to positive lifestyle theories have been the focus of research in different age among the different section. But the impact and contribution of eating healthy diet from their lifestyle is developed has rarely been investigated. This study tested the fit of the theory of healthy diet to positive lifestyle as the sample. Results showed the data fitted the healthier diet to positive lifestyle model moderately well and explained respondents’ eating habits intention. Attitude, perceived behavioral control and past behavior were found to be related to respondents’ eating lifestyle intention. Recommendations were provided for the people of different gender or age as the way of eating healthy diet.

A healthy diet gives our body the nutrients it needs to perform physically, maintain wellness, and fight disease. People whose dietary patterns include fresh, whole foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, lean meats, and fish have a lower incidence of major chronic disease and especially of diet-related diseases. Our own diet can help to reach and maintain a healthy weight combined with different kinds of physical activity also can reduce our risk of chronic diseases (like cancer and heart disease) and promote the overall health.
In addition, impact and contribution of good health to our quality of life is far-reaching, regardless of your age, sex, or physical ability. Qualities that good health promotes is can control weight. Eating right and exercising regularly can help you avoid excess weight gain and maintain a healthy weight.
