The Three Levels of Leadership is a modern leadership model. Planned as a useful tool for raising a person's leadership occurrence, savvy and skill, it aims to summarize what leaders have to do, not only to bring leadership to their group or organization, but also to develop themselves technically and psychologically as leaders.
The Three Levels of Leadership model is known as attempting to combine the strengths of older leadership theories(i.e. traits, behavioral/styles, situational, functional) while pressing their limitations and, at the same time offering a foundation for leaders wanting to apply the philosophies of servant leadership and reliable leadership.
The three levels referred to in the model's name are Public, Private and Personal leadership. The model is usually presented in diagram form as three concentric circles and four outwardly directed bolts, with personal leadership in the center

It is essentially the key to making the theory of the two outer behavioral levels practical. Personal leadership has three elements: First, having knowhow and skill. : Second, the right attitude towards other people. : Third, emotional self-mastery.
