Being an American means a lot to me. I will name some of the main reasons for why it does. First of all, I get clean water. In other countries, most people get dirty water from lakes or ponds. If I get injured in America, there are good hospitals there to nurse me back to health. Some people don't have a proper house and other people have to live outside.
