Learn to revel in 'being', not just 'doing'. You are not your work.
You are You. Just be You in your essence for a while each day, not the various roles you play.
Make a list of all your regular activities. Are they all necessary to enhance either your personal life or career / work? If they sap your energy, if they've become simply a habit, or they're for some person or thing that is not adding value to your life, ditch them. Often we don't realise this is the case until we have stepped back for a while and looked at things objectively.
Take time to daydream and set some dream goals. Make a 'bucket list' or try to visualise your 'ideal life'.
Write a mission statement and a vision statement for your life.

So it can be both important and beneficial beyond your own immediate sphere of operations. But it should not rule your life, and ultimately what is important is your happiness, not your bank balance. At the end of your life, you can't take your monetary fortune with you. Happy memories and relationships you can.
Create some space for yourself at the beginning of the day. Meditate, or just give yourself some quiet time to enjoy that cup of coffee or read the newspaper in peace.
Practise time management to ensure you're making the most of the time you do have. If you plan for the most efficient use of your time, you can achieve more. For instance, if visiting a number of places, plan the most efficient route and allow time to complete each visit properly.
Making a daily list of tasks is useful. Number them in order of priority, and deal with the crucial or difficult tasks early. Cross items off as you finish them, both to keep track of your progress as well as to give you a sense of satisfaction and achievement as you get through the list. If you don't get through all items, don't beat yourself up about it. Recognise and allow for unpredictable
As a primary school student growing up in a major agricultural town, I can say with certainty that
The concept of Identity is complex through the exploration of relationships and a sense of belonging. This is explored within Tim Winton’s short stories, ‘ Neighbours’ and ‘Big World’, and in Robert Walker’s poem ‘Okay, Let’s be Honest’. Identity can change and evolve depending on belief, change, language and shifting influences.
In my first “Who I am as a Writer” paper I stated how one of the areas that I needed to improve was writing. I went into more depth talking about how my writing is not descriptive enough and how I cannot grab the reader's attention. Even though I still need to continue making improvements, I have gotten better in both of these aspects. Compared to my papers in high school my introduction paragraphs have improved.

There are many factors that shape us into who we are, and who we will become. Some of these factors we can control, while others we cannot. While we are born into many traits of our identities, much of our other behavior is learned. My identity, for example, is “based not only on responses to the question ‘Who am I?’ but also on responses to the question ‘Who am I in relation to others?’” (Allen, 2011, p. 11). My identity and the question of who I am, are both influenced by many aspects of my life, including my hometown, my family, my friends, and my beliefs and moral values.
Make a list everything that needs to get done and keep it in a viewable area that you use a lot. Like your refrigerator or your desktop on your computer.
Sometimes a person may feel that they have no purpose in life. Finding out who you are just takes the time of sitting down and thinking of the importance in your life. Who am I? I am Mercedes Kimberly Kingston, and I am a person with different personalities, characteristics, and identities. The many ways, in which I identify myself, in fact, are the ways that define who I am. My Identity is something only I can fully define. I have a little brother, which makes me a sister; I have two loving parents, which makes me a daughter; I am in college studying medicine, which makes me a student; and I have wonderful friends in desperate need of support, which makes me a wonderful best friend.

Plan your day well in advance. Prepare a To Do List or a "TASK PLAN". Jot down the important activities that need to be done in a single day against the time that should be allocated to each activity. High Priority work should come on top followed by those which do not need much of your importance at the moment. Complete pending tasks one by one. Do not begin fresh work unless you have finished your previous task. Tick the ones you have already completed. Ensure you finish the tasks within the stipulated time frame (Management Study Guide).
I want to have control and realize how I spend much my time and being aware of how I deal with my feelings and thoughts; take for instance, staying to study instead of going out with friend to have fun. Another strategy to reduce it is to find out how I currently spend my time. I have to use these strategies and apply them first of all in my behavior and then in all the daily
When I look in the mirror I know whom I am, but society makes it difficult to understand who I am, because I was born to immigrants of Nigerian descent, and I am a first generation American, that term is sometimes used so loosely. By looking at my name they assume that I am from some island, but I am so quick to tell them that “I am Nigerian”, there is another statement that normally follows this. “You do not have an accent”. I wonder if I had an accent would I be considered Nigerian and not American; then I say that “My parents are Nigerian” and then that changes, so to them I am just associated with the Nigerian culture it does not make me Nigerian, there has been many discussion between my friends who are the same like me confused to
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “To be yourself in a world that is trying to make you something else is a great accomplishment”. Who am I? is question that many often struggle to answer, but for me it allows me to differentiate from my constituents and express who I really am. What makes me such a unique individual is my ability to identify with 5 strong strengths. I love the fact that I am futuristic and I have the ability to relate, I am responsible, I am a developer and last but not least I am disciplined. Each one these themes shape and generate my personality. Born on February 22nd 2000 I am the only daughter to Rob and Theresa Jones. When I’m not roaming the illustrious campus of State University, I enjoy shopping I personally feel
The question “who am I”? Can have a lot of individuals thinking about themselves, including myself because one might not know where to start. It is a very broad question, but having done the Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment, I realized more in depth what kind of person I really am based on my top 5 strengths.
