1)The language of the world is the worlds reactions that shows a deeper meaning. This means that every action the world has or does has a purpose and it's the worlds own language. It is a way of speaking to others without actually speaking. Santiago learns this language by listening and watching. He looks deeper into the world and can see what it's trying to tell him.
2) Santiago’s love for Fatima gives him the strength to push himself when he is trying to find his personal legend. It gives him the power to strive so he can return to his beloved Fatima. His love her for is so strong that Santiago gains a new sense in the world, a better understanding of love and the world, which helps him in finding his personal legend.
3) The agreement that Santiago and Fatima come to is that he will come back to her just as her father came back for her mother. She explained how she is a women of the desert and that she understands why he has to leave.

They say about Santiago that people who see mirages had a desire for something but he didn't a army to invade the oasis.
5) When he visits the chieftains about his vision they ask him why the desert would give omens to a stranger. He explains to them that it is because he see things that people use to the desert may not. They also don't believe him that anyone would attack the oasis. Response: From the start, the boy had fallen in love with Fatima. As you can see, the boy wanted to make sure Fatima knew his love for her and that he will come back. I think that love is one of those things that you cannot live without. Love is essential for one to survive. When the boy was on his long journey to the treasure, the thought of being able to go back to Fatima motivated him to conquer his quest.
Throughout majority of the movie you think the guy is doing everything wrong. You start to question his parenting skills when you see that their apartment is filled with toys, and that he doesn’t send her to school but instead go to Disneyland. Then, the twist comes and you realize that you've been seeing things all wrong. He just wants his daughter to have the best life and spent the most possible time with her, because he found out that her daughter is going to die. Despite the movie being in mostly Spanish, the message translated through this film will tug at your heartstrings. From the beginning to the end there is combinations of laughs and emotions that through one way or another anyone can relate. It talks about the challenges and sacrifices parents have to face for their children. It also shows, that parents go out of their way and will risk many things to protect their children from getting hurt, even from their own families. Also, how important it is to spend family and quality time with their children because, we are not guaranteed how much time we will have with
One central character in Atticus is Atticus Cody. Atticus is a sixty-seven year old white male with blue eyes. He always talked pleasantly with everybody and cares dearly for his family. He hopes for the best of Scott, one of the two sons he has and wishes that he stays happy. All Atticus wanted was for Scott to be happy and know he was loved by him.
The simplistic plot of the novel and the overall theme of love allows the author to span the lives of the main characters. The reader sees the span of the life of two of the main characters, Sidda and her mother Vivi, as
“The boy and his heart had become friends, and neither was capable now of betraying the other.” This quote is very important since at this point, Santiago now trusts his soul and can make decisions based on his heart, not other things. His heart gave him strength and spoke to him when he was weak. The author’s point is that we should trust ourselves to make the right choices, by listening to our hearts and working to achieve our deepest desires.
Santiago’s growth was inspiring to me. He has learned a great deal from action. He learns quite a lot about the land and his sheep by being a shepherd and paying attention to the world around him. His grandfather had mentioned to him a while back of an omen. “By traveling, watching and paying attention, the world will speak to Santiago to help him find is Personal Legend.” Through action, Santiago learns how easy it is to search for one’s Personal Legend. Everyone has their own way of learning things. For example when Santiago decides to try reading the Englishman’s book and he would try and read the signs of the desert. The boy does not learn a thing from the book and the Englishman learns nothing from watching the caravan. Just as Santiago
Everything is interconnected and deep down we all speak the same language. The Alchemist has many themes one of which is all creation speaks one language and the earth has a soul. It is important to know the language of the world so that one can understand how things happen.

Financial services differ greatly depending upon where you are at. Different countries have different currencies, markets, laws, and accounting practices to list a few. Because of this most financial institutions use a similar organizational structure. Goldman Sachs breaks their operations into four segments: Institutional client services, investment management, investment banking, and investment and lending (GS).
Not only can the boy’s journey be related to mirages, so to can his relationship with Fatima. He first meets her at the oasis by the water well. They next day he returns and tells her that he loves her. From there he begins to tell her of his life as a shepherd and his search for treasure. Fatima listens patiently for a month and then finally tells Santiago her true feelings for him. She explains that she is a woman of the desert and
Santiago finds his treasure at the place where he first dreamt of. The ending, then, can be interpreted as Santiago needs to go in a difficult situation and time to gain the knowledge or wisdom.
They worked hard, and lived lonely lives away from their families and children” (Nazario, 164). This turning point of the novel explains why mothers feel they deserve respect. With the input of detail, we understand what mothers are looking for from their children. Enrique’s Journey deserves a 5 out of 5 stars.
Everyone that is, except for Manolin. Santiago is Manolin’s idol and he sticks by him through thick and through thin. I loved how the book ended with Santiago being respected by everyone for catching the biggest marlin anyone had ever seen but still keeping to himself and spending time with the boy. This shows that the old man remembers who stood by his side when times were rough and not just when the village accepted him and that is an attest to the type of person he is.
Most of us in this world, at one time or another, have felt the need to feel complete. Feeling that something is missing and that whatever it is, will bring us happiness and fulfillment in our own lives. For these characters the thing which they desire to complete them are other characters in the film. For Manuela it is her son after he is hit by a car and killed, Esteban longs to know who his father is, and Huma is chasing her lover Nina who will only give her pain. The journey to find completion or these
The most interesting thing I found about the novel was the way Paulo build up Santiago’s hopes and then destroyed them. Paulo not only did this several times but he also chose to do it right after Santiago thought he had learned a lesson about life. Most books I have read don’t build up and destroy the main characters hopes so perniciously.
