My project is on Julio jones an amazing and impressive football player. He was an impressive and stunning athlete. His athletic abilities got him into the University of Alabama and eventually into the Nfl where he currently has 6 seasons of experience and made the Superbowl this year with his team the Atlanta Falcons.
Nfl wide receiver Julio Jones, who recently with his team the Atlanta Falcons to the Superbowl is the role model to many, but wasn’t always a Nfl player. Julio Jones grew up in Foley and “is a product of Foley High School in Foley, Alabama”, where his football career started. In his high school career, he was rated a five-star recruit by Rivals.com. He was constantly swarmed by recruiters from top colleges and his success shows
There are many NFL players that excel in their position and people think that the are one of the best players. Out of all these players, a specific one stands out brighter than the others. This special person’s name is Jerry Rice. In this report, I will be talking about his early life, college career, and his NFL success. I will also be talking about personal life.
With the 21st pick of the 1998 NFL draft, the Minnesota Vikings select wide receiver Randy Moss. People knew who he was not only for his “iconic” character, but also for his accomplishments. Randy Moss grew up in Rand, West Virginia, a suburb of Charleston where if Nascar was not the first thing on the television, there was something wrong. Moss, his brother, and sister were raised by their mother, Maxine. Moss once told the press in an interview that if his mother did not work as hard as she did day and night, he would have never even came close to going to college. From an early age, Moss had excelled in all of the sports he participated in including football, basketball, and track, but this was only the beginning. Once he got to highschool, Moss offered
From the time he got to Florida State University, Sanders again left his mark in all types of sports. He was a member of the football,
Obviously, Brandon has never been the most talented or athletic individual compared to his football peers. Throughout his entire life, Brandon was told that his football career would amount to nothing. He was told that he was too “short” and too “fat” to ever be good. Instead of listening to what everyone had to say about his future, Brandon decided to defy the odds and determine his own fate. Determined to strive for excellence, Brandon persevered through adversity and refused to let the negative remarks of anyone bring him down. Through hard work and dedication to the game, Brandon continued getting better until he could reach the next level and make it to the pros.
For example he has many quotes and mottos like “chest up prayed up” and “with everything you do you have a vision and a goal.” He also is very good with kids and has a foundation for them and does many things to work and play with them/ teach them the game of football. He is a very good person He has some good friends like the rock his workout buddy and a childhood friend that plays in the NFL too. He is a great positive person to He is very appreciative of his awards, avoids alcohol to a limit and says his motivation comes within him and uses it to his advantage. He also fears no defense so that helps him be tough and gnarly on the football field. He does lots other things to help him too on the field. He eats a good breakfast, He is going to gain 5 pounds of muscle and swims. He wears 84 because 8*4=32 which is how many nfl teams there are. He is getting better and better.
To summarize this essay up, Demaryius is like my God to football. He is just so good. He’s probably not the best receiver in the NFL but he is to me. Demaryius Thomas is my

The 6’3 220 pound 28 year old star Julio Jones is a beast. He’s a wide receiver for the NFL team the Atlanta Falcons. But, how he got to the NFL is a story. Julio attended Foley High school in Alabama, and went to the SECC College Alabama. His years through High school were unbelievable, that’s when he broke records and set records. In High school he played wide receiver and defensive end. But he, were he shined the most was at wide receiver. Also, starting out as freshmen in college he was a 5 star recruit and was number one pick in the nation at his time.
As a life long Cincinnati Bengals fan, I have listened to Marvin Lewis speak several times in clinics and other coaching conventions. He has a sound concept of defense, and what it takes to be successful at the highest level. I also appreciate what he has done for the team I root for, as we were mired in a decade long of embarrassing seasons before his arrival. He has brought stability, consistency, and pride back to our franchise.
Adams began playing football at the age of three. He has been exposed to sports his entire life. Adams’ father played professionally in the National Football League, and started Jamal off early to get him ahead of his peers. At the age of eight, Jamal began playing track and basketball, but his love for football was always the strongest. During his freshman year Adams was deemed a true freshman, and since then had become a key defensive player for the Louisiana State University Tigers. Currently a Sports Administration major, he aspires to continue to play and make it to the NFL or become a broadcaster.
Elijah McCoy took a stand in history by becoming an African American engineer in a time full of racism and hate towards his skin color. How I chose my project was I went to enchanted learning.com and looked through the inventors from 1800-1900 because that was the time frame I was given to do my project over. When looking through their website I saw Elijah McCoy and read what they had about him but kept looking. Within a few minutes I couldn't stop thinking about Elijah McCoy and so I chose him. My project relates to NHD's theme of taking a stand in history because Elijah McCoy was an African American that still managed to create an invention that revolutionized the world of train travel while fighting a country filled with
There have been many influential people in our world. One influential person is Ray Lewis . One of the things this person is famous for is being a great football player.
Jackie Robinson is my topic. Jackie Robinson broke the sound barrier in 1947 by being the first African American baseball player to play in the Major leagues. I chose Jackie Robinson because he is a very important athlete who plays baseball,my second favorite sport is baseball also. Another reason I chose Jackie Robinson was because he was a very good baseball player and he was tough because he faced a lot of hate. Jackie Robinson was born on January 31,1919 in Cairo,Georgia but was raised in Pasadena,California when he was little.
Julio Jones is a wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons. He was the sixth overall pick in the two thousand eleven NFL draft. Before Julio became one of the best in the NFL he played wide receiver for the University of Alabama. In two thousand nine he helped lead Alabama to a 14-0 season, including a BCS National championship. Jones was the first ever true freshman to start a season opener for the Crimson Tide. Also at the end of his freshman year season he was awarded SEC Freshman of the Year. When Jones entered the NFL combine he held the longest long jump and placed third in the forty yard dash even with a broken bone in his foot. Julio Jones is ranked one of the best to ever play the game and is only growing.
He is eventually cleared to play through court cases and relentless commitment by the school’s administration. In the midst of all the madness and all of the hype surrounding high school football in Texas, it is clear that there is no recognition of the importance of education. There is so much emphasis put into high school football in these communities like Odessa that athletes pour all of their hopes and dreams into it. Ultimately once these you athletes are eventually stripped of the game of football, their futures are jeopardized and their lives are irrevocably damaged. They are finally exposed to the real world more underprepared than ever. Fundamentally all that is left is a few memories of athletic stardom and still an inadequate education.
