What is Organizational Ethics? According to managementstudyguide.com, organizational ethics is the way an organization should respond to the external environment. Organization ethics includes various guidelines and principles which decide the way individuals should behave at the workplace. It also refers to the code of conduct of the individuals working in a particular organization. Organizational ethics covers a wide range of topics including finance, legal compliance, safety, discrimination, employee exploitation, and honesty. In today’s society, a negative ethical scandal could saturate the media within a matter of seconds and prove to be detrimental to the future of that company.
