Situation analysis refers to a collection of methods that managers use to analysis an organization's internal and external environment to understand the organization's capabilities, customers, and business environment (“Dictionary of marketing items”). It is a systematic collection of past and present economic, political, social, and technological data. It is an aimed to identify external and internal forces which influence the organizations performance and strategies. Situation analysis also consists of several analysis like external and internal factors, SWOT analysis, Porter five forces analysis. Technology develop our product to use of new machine and modern equipment. It can come as an important tool within the company, improving the operations and functions. In the use of technology now-a-days company produce different, unique and creative products. In Mahdeen Group, they also use unique technology. They have a new machine to cut the cloth into design directly (company information).

6. Political and Legal System: Government actions which affects the operations of a company or business. The political factors have the power to change results. Companies should be ready to deal with the local and international outcomes of politics. A political environment develops as democratic governments have to pursue re-election every few years. Market economic increase or decrease based on political factors. Mahdeen Group also maintain political issue and legal system. Business can’t control legal system. This company follow the legal system of tax policy, corruption level, trade control.
