Situation analysis refers to a collection of methods that managers use to analysis an organization's internal and external environment to understand the organization's capabilities, customers, and business environment (“Dictionary of marketing items”). It is a systematic collection of past and present economic, political, social, and technological data. It is an aimed to identify external and internal forces which influence the organizations performance and strategies. Technology develop our product to use of new machine and modern equipment. It can come as an important tool within the company, improving the operations and functions. In the use of technology now-a-days company produce different, unique and creative products. In Mahdeen Group, they also use unique technology. They have a new machine to cut the cloth into design directly (company information).
