While most people are in sweaters trying to keep warm from negative fifteen degree weather, on this lovely afternoon, I 'm sitting on the beach trying not to get sun burnt. Warm sand dancing between my toes, cool wind blowing through my hair, and the sun kissing me all over, what better beach day could I ask for? Did I mention it was Christmas? I know that doesn 't exactly sound like December weather but for those of us who live in Miami Florida; this is just another day for fun in the sun. I honestly think Florida just runs on a slower server than the rest of the states, like dial-up internet, always getting to things slower than others. Although, I 'm not really one to complain, I 'd take his relaxing summer day in December over a chilly day without a second thought!

Currently, the project is moving forward well. It is on track and has not cost anything more than what was expected. At this moment, it is actually under budget. Projects of this nature and magnitude are generally expected to go over budget because of the work involved and the tight deadlines with which they must contend, but seeing this one under budget at this point in time is very encouraging.
