When It comes to our health and wellness it is a large factor that influences so many different aspects of our life than what individuals really believe it does. It influences the longevity of our lives, whether we will develop preventable chronic diseases throughout our lives. It influences what type of examples that we are leading for our children and families. There are several levels of wellness management that can be beneficial to a company. When all of these levels work together, they are more susceptible to running a successful company with healthy employees who want to do better for themselves as well as the company.
