Leadership is a character’s unique way of guiding their follower’s in an attempt to make their country better than the previous leader’s attempted to. The leader is striving to make accomplishments and uphold the promise’s they handed out to the follower’s in effort to be loved and respected. There are various leadership styles and each one can be analyzed by the leader’s character traits and method’s. In history, when you study previous president’s or even military leader’s you will see the repetitive nature of the leader trying to control by enforcing rules and regulations for the citizens to abide by. Julius Caesar was not an exception when it came to losing his follower’s admiration. However, it was not his citizens who turned on him but the ones he trusted the most. Julius Caesar was loved by many and hated by most. In this statement, his follower’s respected and genuinely cared but his army that was suppose to stand behind him was envious of his power and control. The only way they are able to take the power is to stab Julius Caesar to death and claim Rome for new empire. It took about sixty men to overpower Julius Caesar in a cowardly way by blindsiding the ruler in a viscous and glory manner. Not one man that day had the courage to ask Julius to a challenge because each individual knew Julius would win given his past history. Julius survived war, slavery, and even the civil war. (
