As all businesses would require their employees' specific roles in which they would have to work in, SFX's Resource department also has its own specific roles that would relate to managing and organising events. Such as open days. The department is responsible for organising open events and every individual within that department has specified roles. For instance the department would need to ensure that those roles are completed and attained appropriately in order the open day event to be successfully achieved.
We will begin setting up for the event at 8 a.m. on Thursday, July 28 at 601 Forest Ave. That time will be dedicated to food preparation, table setup, cleanup, etc… At 10 a.m., we will begin greeting and serving guests. This will continue until 10 a.m. on Friday, July 29. We are accepting volunteers anytime during the 24-hour. Moreover, we hope that volunteers can dedicate at least 2 hours per shift. However, you are welcome to stay as long as you like.

I will be OOO starting tomorrow and I will return on Tuesday, October 31st. Originally I was approved to two half-workdays. I plan to use those hours on this upcoming Monday and Tuesday (October 16th, 17th).
This day long event will be begin at 2:00 PM where the Main Lounge will host an interactive tabling event with a series of Seton Hall Clubs including, SAVE, Seton Hall's United Nations Association, and many others.
The event used to be on a Thursday night, but so many people would come it was moved to Saturday, two years ago.

The event kicked off at 12:01am. UADM hosted several events to raise awareness and money throughout the day.
This event was inspired by the desire to create something to invite the rest of campus can come to.
The program was first presented in 2008, and emergency operations coordinator Ari Schein has been running it for the past four years. It is offered several times a semester and this particular one was offered as part of Knightshare, a week of events designed to prepare students for emergencies.
I attended a campus event on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 12pm through Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 12pm, held by Council of Asian Student Leaders (CASL) and Asian American Student Services (AASS). This event was a two-day overnight retreat at YMCA of Rockies in Snow Mountain Ranch. The address was 1101 Co Rd 53, Granby, CO 80446. There were 50 people that attended this event.

We plan to host the event jointly with varying chapters each year to continue to develop sisterhood and connections with other Kappa Kappa Gamma members.
I honestly tried asking around for what I missed, but the most information that got relayed to me was that alcohol got passed for both events and the deadlines for the dues but not the deadline for the sign-up.
