The Count is a very passionate character about everything he does unlike our main character Jake. The Count lived more and been to more wars than Jake therefore he is more experienced. The Count means that a man should know what are the things that can help him stay happy in life no matter what. He says “know the values” which means dig more into yourself, try to find what is it that you are passionate about and get rid of what pulls you down and makes you unhappy. When a man finds what his values or the things that he is passionate about, it will make it easier for him to overcome the sorrows from the past. In the quote from Ecclesiastes I understood that life is never going to stop, we are always moving forward so we should not hold ourselves
The play Romeo and Juliet is a tragic love story written by William Shakespeare. Shakespeare has written multiple other tragic plays such as Hamlet, Othello, and King Lear. Many people still have one question, and that is who is the most to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet? The play is filled with many characters and every character plays a different role. But, in my opinion, Friar Lawrence is the most to blame for Romeo and Juliet deaths. The reason behind this is because he was the one to suggest their marriage to create peace between the two families. Friar Lawrence was also the one to provide Juliet with the poison and the message didn't get through to Romeo correctly making him kill himself. The play Romeo and Juliet is about two lovers that fell in love and if one does something the other will do.
Who is to blame in romeo and juliet so in the book romeo and juliet. Didn't tell him and stopped to help someone else.
Sometimes people can prevent bad things from happening. However, at the time they made their decision, they believed it was the best one. Some of these decisions made may mean life or death. In William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, Friar Lawrence is responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet because he married them, he gave Juliet the potion, and he came up with the plan. Friar married them when he should not have.
The Responsible Character Behind the Tragic Deaths of Romeo and Juliet In writing Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare has created a play involving the complex entanglement of all of the citizens of Verona in the tragic demise that befell the young lovers. The appeal of the play is Shakespeare's masterful stagecraft, because the audience are told of the tragic ending at the beginning of the play, but want to know how they are driven to their deaths. By involving everyone, the audience is left guessing until the end.
Romeo has completely forgotten Rosaline, a character Romeo cried and was depressed about. He instead pleads with the Friar to marry him to his newfound love, Juliet. Count Paris is also self-centered. This is shown when he talks to Lord Capulet about the wedding. Capulet says:
During act four, scene one, Juliet advances from bold and discourteous towards Paris to sorrowful then ecstatic towards Friar Laurence. It starts from when she enters the scene and Paris calls her his lovely wife, and she replies back that they aren’t married yet. In addition, Paris wants Juliet to admit her love to him, but she won’t tell him to his face whether she loves him or not. Once Paris exits the act, Juliet is very distressed because she does not want to get married to Paris, and she wants to be with Romeo. Friar Laurence makes her ecstatic when he has a plan to prevent her from getting married to Paris and to be with Romeo. The plan was for her to drink liquor mixed with a sleep-inducing drug that will cause the person who drinks
Who’s to blame and who should be excused from this tragedy in the Romeo and Juliet love story? Romeo thought Juliet was dead and he then killed himself with poison that would actually kill him and Juliet was left alone because Friar's plan didn’t get to Romeo. Everyone except Romeo and Friar Lawrence thought that Juliet was going to get married to Paris after Nurse convinced her that Romeo wasn’t good for her. Romeo and Juliet are two teenagers who are in love and while everyone else would disapprove of the relationship they looked for help to find their happy ending and unfortunately this ended in a terrible tragedy because of one message not getting delivered. There were only two people who knew about the forbidden relationship and Friar
The Misfortune of Romeo and Juliet Who really was to blame in Romeo and Juliet? The play The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet was written in 1595 by the English poet, William Shakespeare. The main characters include Romeo, Juliet, Tybalt, The Friar, Lord and Lady Montague, Lord and Lady Capulet, the Nurse, the Prince, Mercutio, and Benvolio. In the play, Romeo thinks he is in love with Rosaline who does not love him back and so to get his mind off of it, Mercutio and Benvolio take him to Lord Capulet's party. At the party, Romeo and Lord Capulet's daughter fall in love and plan to get married.
What is blame? Blame is assigned responsibility for fault or wrong. People resort to blame because instead of taking responsibility for their actions you find someone and find reasons as to which they are worst or why they should have the blame because you do not want all the shame on yourself and you do not want to feel guilty and have shame. People blame each other because they cannot expect the fact that they have failed at something. People also blame others because of habit.
No one ever truly does wrong unless they are wronged by others. It can happen in any way shape or form. The most usual cases are if you’ve been bullied or abused. It could also be a corruption of the mind at a young age. Or maybe there was never anyone there to explain to you what was right and wrong. In Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare shows that these three people are responsible for the deaths of the titular characters: Tybalt, Friar Laurence, and Romeo himself.
Romeo and Juliet is one of the most performed plays written by Shakespeare. One of the major characters in this play is Friar Lawrence. He is one of the main reasons why this tragedy happened. The Friar is a irrational thinker because of the decisions he makes. He also should not be giving other people advice on what to do. Friar is the main reason why Romeo and Juliet killed themselves. Friar Lawrence is the reason why everything happened the way it did.
Even tho Romeo and Juliet is boring it is clear who is to blame. The main characters in this story are Juliet, Romeo Nurse and friar lawrence. Short summary romeo and juliet fall in love but there families are in feud with each other so it is hard for them to see each other. T
Who was to blame in the play Romeo and Juliet? Shakespeare the author of this play, didn’t say who was to blame for both Romeo and Juliet’s death. Therefore it’s the audience's choice to say who’s fault was it. Every character plays a role in their deaths, but it all narrows down to who started everything. I blame Romeo for both his and Juliet's death.
Romantic love stories are often ended with a tragedy, because of loss of passion or a loved one. These tragedies are often the result of one person’s actions that ended someone’s life or love. Unfortunately their love comes to an end, along with their lives, because of a misunderstanding and a persistent feud between their families. While secondary characters are less important than the main characters of the book, they often have a noteworthy impact on the story. In William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, a secondary character, Friar Lawrence, plays a vital role throughout the play. The play takes place in Verona and focuses on Romeo and Juliet, two star-crossed lovers from two feuding families; the Montagues and the Capulets. The extremely violent feud between these families has been ongoing for generations, extending out to even the serving men of both houses. Romeo and Juliet must profess their love in secret because of the quarrel between their parents. This is a catalyst in triggering tragic events, consisting of the deaths of many other characters, including
