The story begins as a group of friends meet after their high school reunion. The group was discussing how so many things have changed since high school, and then one of the young men in the group, began to tell a story about change that everyone could relate to. The story contains four fictional characters; Sniff and Scurry are mice, Hem and Haw are little people, they all live in a maze and their main goal in life is to find cheese. The metaphor cheese can be anything you desire for your life. The cheese can be a job, a relationship, an organization, or even situation in daily life. The story is about how we adapt to change, and it prepares us to alter our perception of change. It shows us that if we don’t move and accept change that nothing good can come from it. Our life will be miserable if we don’t embrace the change. I think everyone is able to think of situations that you needed to accept the change in your life and move on. This book can help you adjust your behavior, when you are in the middle of a change process. I recommend this book to anyone having difficulty with accepting change.
