Who 's REALLY in CONTROL?
Do you feel like life is just spinning crazy around you?
That you just can 't seem to shut your mind off?
It (your mind) runs off in a million different directions with all of things you HAVE to get done, places you HAVE to go, stuff you FORGOT to DO, etc. Then one of these thoughts triggers a worry or fear about health, aches and pains, money, family, work, the economy, global situations, and so on and so on. Your mind becomes like a run away train with no one controlling the engine; and just like the engine on that train your breath gets faster and shallower. The longer you let your mind run out of control the harder it is to get under control.
Faster, Faster, Faster -- Worry, Worry, Worry - Think, Think, Think!!!!!!
STOP! STOP - STOP - STOP!

Some people may say that having control over someone or something can bring satisfaction and a sense of power. In the an article called “Gunman Kills Himself After Hostage Drama (584)” written by Charles P. Wallace and Tim Waters loss of control and the feeling of being helplessness makes Robert B. Rose commit a last act of asserting control over himself. In another article written by Martin E.P. Seligman called “On Learned Helplessness (585)” the feeling of loosing control of oneself is something that can cause someone to do things that they thought they would never do. What is hard to understand is that some of the things the someone may commit may implicate the lives of others in a negative way and the ending result could be death.

I learned that the theme of Contrology came from Roman methodically that “A sane mind in a sound body”. So when we practicing Contrology you become balanced your body and mind are connected with each other. Which allows your mind and body to become comfortable with another, and you become one and being to live a meaningful life.
