Did you know that even though some people think boredom is good for you, it can actually be harmful? Most people do not agree over whether or not boredom is good. There are some little things that boredom can help with, but there are problems caused by boredom. Being bored is the worst and people should not have to deal with it. Boredom is bad for your brain, can lead to major brain problems and an earlier death.
If you are stressed out and you have your phone in your hand put it down! Boredom may seem atrocious or annoying, but nevertheless it is actually good for you. It can relieve stress and boredom can improve creativity.
