American politics today, are unattached. The Federal Government is more maladjusted than it has ever been. The succeeding President will have to recoil American foreign policy to its rooted character and once again become the leader of the free world. In American society currently, we demand a leader who will fight for the rights of our middle class, and make America exceptional. Hillary R. Clinton should be elected as the next President of the United States of America for the reason that, she is a qualified candidate. She has ethical stances on the issues regarding Americans today, she will fight for the rights of the middle class and she understands foreign policy. To start with let us take a look at the positions of both candidates. Hilary Clinton is a democrat who announced her bid for presidency in an email to donors from her campaign chairman John Podesta on April 12, 2015 which was followed shortly thereafter with an official campaign video titled “Getting Started”. Clinton has served as the secretary of state of the United States of America and as a New York senator. Her stance on the national budget generally leads to an increase in spending and her stance on the second amendment is to increase the amount of control on the buying and selling of firearms. Clinton supports the equality of gay-marriage to “traditional marriage” saying, “I support marriage for lesbian and gay couples. I support it personally and as a matter of policy and law embedded in a broader effort to advance equality and opportunity for LGBT Americans and for all Americans. ”[1] Which differs from Trumps belief that marriage is between a man and

As stated above both Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump think they are the best candidate for the presidency. They both have very different views on taxes, immigration and abortion. The views they have and decisions they make will affect this country, whether it is good or bad depends on your position. Is making economy stronger than before. She wants to accomplish such goal through three factors: Strong Growth, Fair Growth, and Long-term Growth. Through strong growth she wants to cut taxes for hard-working families to increase their take-home pay as they face rising costs from child care, health care, and sending their kids to college(HC plans). Through fair growth she wants to strengthen overtime rules by raising minimum wage. Basically she has supported raising the federal minimum wage to $12, and believes that we should go further. With the long-term growth Hillary's comment was “It's time to push back against the forces of "quarterly capitalism" and boom and bust cycles on Wall Street”(HC plans). By that she wants to focus on long term pays, not short-term profits.

With the presidential election coming to a close on this Tuesday, November 8th, the research that was gathered in class, allowed a new insight into which candidate was best suited for the job. Each candidate in this election, both have very different view points on each important topic going on in our country today, allowing voters to see the complete complexity of this election. For example, topics including gun control, the pay gap situation and abortion allowed myself, as a voter, to gain knowledge about each candidates position on the topic and which candidate I believed was my ideal one for presidency. In this election, I believe Hilary Clinton is the best candidate for presidency.

Donald Trump would be a better president than Hillary Clinton because he promises to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and make mexico foot the bill. He has also proposed a temporary ban on Muslims entering the U.S. from certain countries. Hillary Clinton supports a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. She had pledged to use her power as president to protect young people brought here illegally as children. Hillary says “ I want people to know that if they’re voting for me, they’re voting for comprehensive immigration reform.” Trump says, “We want people to come into our country legally.” “With our weakness, it’ going to get much worse before it gets much better. Hillary Clinton has an abundant of experience that gives her the right qualities to be the president of the United States of America. Clinton was the first lady and has already experienced the presidential life. She knows the hard work and perseverance it takes to run our country. Clinton was also was senator of New York from 2001-2009 and the served as Secretary of State of The United States of America from 2009-2013. She was the only first lady in the history of the United States to hold national office.

Hillary Clinton is a strong candidate for the 2016 presidential elections. Clinton possesses an advantage above the other democratic candidates. Being elected would make her the first ever female president, which has without a doubt gained her popularity among women. However, she does have some roadblocks, including her questionable love life and iffy past with gay marriage and immigration.

If we could cherry-pick some of their good qualities and ideas and make a president out of them that would be great, but let us face reality we cannot. I am really glad I do not have to vote because this would be a really tough decision. I agree on a couple of things from both candidates. When it comes to the topic on immigration, I side with Hillary. The reason being is because a lot of immigrants come to the United States to have a better life, to have better opportunities. Not everyone coming from outside the country is a criminal. Tell me, is every single American, white or black good? No! You have white criminals as well as black. Keep in mind the shootings and stuff. That is exactly how it with immigrants from a different race. I think we are all alike we just have a different skin tone. There are some good people and some bad people. I guess there will just always be a few people who ruin something for everyone. When talking about the tax plans and health care topics I agree with Donald on some things and Hillary on others. On the tax plans I believe that everybody should pay their fair share. It is kind of ironic how Donald believes the same thing even though he does not even pays own taxes! What makes the people think that he is going to keep his word about everyone paying fairly? So in a way I side with Hillary, because she plans on taxing the upper-class men. The only thing I do not agree with her is that she wants to over tax them. I do not think we need that because that would make things tight for the businesses because that would mean less jobs. I say that because they are already having to pay taxes, which is getting rid of their money and then later on they will not want to pay their workers so they might stop hiring. With the health care situation I agree with both of them. I agree with Donald on trying to make sure that it is affordable to everyone

There are several different reasons why I believe that Mrs. Clinton should be the next president but the first one that I would like to begin with is the fact that she's qualified. Her proven track record can speak for itself. She was elected senior class president at Wesley's college which is a task within itself to complete. She went on to graduate with honors from Yale Law School. everyone knows that’s one of the best law schools in the country, and you must be extremely smart and dedicated to even get into. In order to graduate with honors is beyond impressive. She has work in the trenches in the 1960s and 1970s which gave her significant amount of insight on how presidential campaigns are run. Hillary Clinton has a long list of accomplishments but I'm a fast forward to some of the most recent ones. She served as First Lady of the United States for 8 years. She served as Senator of New York and also recently Secretary of the State. With these type of political qualifications alone would make her a credible contender. I'm especially interested in some of the causes that she fights for such as women's rights, equal pay for women ,and the end of domestic violence .These causes are very important to this nation and I feel only a female president could bring the type of attention to these causes and which one day they can be resolved. I personally believe since President Barack Obama the nation had every type of President other than a female president and it's about time to give a female opportunity to run the country and we should have full trust and confidence within her the same as we do to our male

This difference being that Hillary Clinton is a woman who is running for president. Just as the media talks about Trump, Clinton is just as easily talked about. Earlier I shared a quote from the novel written by Trump, which basically stated that Donald Trump wanted to make money cuts regarding the planned missile system. Now I will share a quote from Hillary Clinton’s novel entitled “Hillary Rodham Clinton and the 2016 Election” written by Michelle Lockhart and Kathleen Mollick. While Donald trump believes that we should make budget cuts to the missile system Clinton seems to believe the exact opposite “The use of military power alone is not enough to keep national security strong” (Lockhart & Mollick 42). This shows me that Clinton is worried about the people of the United States of America. It also shows me that she is willing to do more for our nation. Another statement I will share from Hillary Clinton’s novel is a quote that is a little more personal. It is important for a public figure to be not only stand firm on making hard decisions, but also be open just enough for people to trust what you say, just as Clinton explains “One common “authenticity tactic” is to assert the normalcy and, preferably, humility, of the candidate’s roots” (Lockhart & Mollick 80). This quote shows me that Clinton is not afraid to share a personal side to herself and she

Hillary Clinton should be our next president because she is a better option than Trump. While he tears down women she empowers them. Much of her youth was spent on equal rights among males and females. The main reason Hillary has my vote is so Trump doesn’t become president. This election is depressing because people must vote for somebody they don’t agree with just to keep another candidate from becoming president candidate has won the presidential election ever, all the way back to the first president George Washington in 1789.
