The part of United States of America that I want to move will be California, because I wanted to go to California for a long time and I can see my grandparents. If I do go to California I want see how my grandma and her parents live before they move to Michigan. But see why they did move from California to Michigan. But also why I want to go to California so that I can go to disneyland, because I have not been there for 9 years. And I can see what school did my mom go to and what college is went. I want to go to California to see how the house and the grandparents are doing, if they need help with something or we can just spend time with them. Also in California I can help my grandpa and my great grandpa work on a shed if they want to. Or if
I walked silently, my converse crunching on the wet sidewalk. I zipped up my jacket and took a sip of my coffee. I slowly walked towards my school when someone's shoulder slammed in to me. My coffee flew out of my hands, the lid came of as it hit the ground, spilling all over the sidewalk. I stumbled as I tried to regain my balance. I hate this small town I thought to myself. When I returned home I arrived to both of my parents sitting at the table. I looked at them with a confused look, “Ava why don't you take a seat,” Father said “we have something to tell you.” I took a seat not saying a word just giving them a confused look. “Ava honey your father got a promotion,” Mother stated “and we are going to be moving to California!” Fireworks were going off in my head thinking of all of the new things I would get to experience.
I was born on October 23rd, 1999 very early in the morning the very first person to carry me was my dad. When I two years old me and my mom moved to Las Vegas, and lived there for about 6 years then soon move back to California. That was in early the early 2000’s when that happened . Few years past by then my sister was born June 23rd, 2005. I was staying with my cousin at the time until she was born then I went to see my sister on the day she was born.
Start packing now! California is a great place to live there is cheap land, gold, and most of all a better life. Leave now just follow the california trail and you’ll be there in no time! You should bring clothes, food, pots and pans, a shotgun and your family. Your life in california will be great. You will meet natives and immigrants along the way. There is no guarantee of success and it can be a hard trip getting there but there is no guarantee of failure either so go for it.
Moving is common to do among people, but moving to a different state is nerve wracking. I was sad to know I was leaving my home behind for good. But I was even more excited to see what my future held in Colorado. There was nothing to do in Arizona and no one to hang out with. Moving state is a very important turning point in my life.
The two new laws in California can be described as helpful and non-helpful. It can be helpful because it will keep drivers from being distracted when driving on the road. It is also non-helpful because if you need to make a business call and you have to reach far to get your hand-free machine. And you cant talk on your phone while driving or else youll get a ticket. It is good that we are helping the California community by banning people from talking on phones. But if you need to make an important call you cant. Because you will get a ticket if you do.
My family and I have moved a total of seven times. Big number, I know. With moving came a lot of hectic airplane rides, destroyed friendships, and well, meeting new individuals. The main reason for my family moving each time was my dad, who is a computer engineer. Because he’s an excellent computer engineer, he always got promoted; he was an expert at his job. Whether it was for, a new company or position, it wouldn’t matter because my family always followed him.
For my personal essay, I choose to write about my experience of moving from California to New Hampshire, how much I grow as a person for the past five years, and the difference between the east coast and the west coast. I also wanted to talk about how different is the education system between California and New Hampshire, how I feel about the weather on the East coast, and the difference between city.
I ask my dad, Genaro, if he remembers the day he came here to California, his response is immediate, “July 8, 1989. And I am pretty sure it was a Sunday”. His accent is hardly audible, but it’s there. He’s wrong by the way, it turns out it was a Saturday. I’m still impressed though. Not too bad, considering that 27 years have gone by since he and his father (Rafael), had come to California. My father’s decision to settle in California was a result of internal and external conflicts. More often than not, a person’s change in residence is an effect of micro and macro factors
When I first moved to California, I was accompanied by a group of students with high moral. Allegedly, they had just won a state tournament, and I was lucky enough to bump into them while they were celebrating. Before I bumped into them, I was in a pittance of peril, because I had gotten lost on my way back to the dorms, my phone died, and I felt as though I was being followed someone, so you can imagine how thankful I am for meeting
We had been talking about moving to California for about a month, and the prospect of leaving behind my friends, school, and family terrified me. However, I clung to the hope that maybe we wouldn’t have to go in the end, but that didn’t last long. One rainy spring afternoon my parents sat my brother and I down, and excitedly told us that we would be moving to America. My younger brother leapt up from the seat next to me and joyfully danced around the room, but I was not so ecstatic. After my parents put a positive spin on the situation, I didn’t feel quite as reluctant, but I still wasn’t fully on board. Nevertheless, I had little say in the matter as my father’s work required us to relocate, and so that summer we moved to California.
In my original letter I wrote about how I wanted to stay in Las Vegas. I'm very thankful that you were willing to listen to my request and let me stay. I have really grown in the past couple of years and I hope you are impressed with my growth. In my first letter I wrote: "I regret all of my decisions that came with my mom's mistakes." I need to elaborate further.
I heard in school that Hawaii was amazing and I would like to go to Hawaii to try their food so I would know what it taste like. I also want to learn how fish live and see different types of fish and feed the fish. Another reason I would like to go to Hawaii is because I would like to climb a volcano and have fun, and take pictures and explore it. And I would gently swim in the ocean because of the sharks, see the ocean and drive a jet ski.
First, I would like to travel to Florida, home of Disneyland. I have been to Disneyland before, but I was really young the first time so I don’t remember much of what it was like. I would love to ride the rides one more time, but the travel doesn’t end there.

If I could live anywhere in the world I would move to Sacramento California. I would move there because I would like the warmer weather and because it doesn't snow there. The average temperature in the summer is 73.6F
