Why I Should Not Be Mod For A Other Amount Of Rule Breakers

I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. I know a lot about plugins so I can be a huge help with that as well . Also what to do when people are not obeying the rules. I love playing minecraft and have been playing since 1.3 and never been banned on any server. I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

How many staff applications have you made/when was your last application made? Frankly, I have never made a staff application before. When I was promoted to moderator the first time back in 2013, I was asked personally by an owner to become moderator, as well as, applying was not available at the time.

I can assist the server greatly because I can make sure no one is breaking any of the rules, I can help out the server, and I have been staff before so I know how to do things very well. I will make sure no one dares to break the rules and stop them before they can even make their move. I hate rule breakers that destroy the fun on servers and I can assist opcraft by stopping them once and for all and make sure no one dares to every hack on opcraft every again. Also I can assist opcraft by helping anyone in need. I remember when I first joined minecraft and went on a server and I did not know how to do much so I ask for help and no one assist me. I will make sure no one is going to be like that where they ask for help and no one gives them any.

Why do you think you should be a moderator?: I like to think that on all the servers that I have been staff on, I have improved the average player's experience by keeping advertisers, hackers and the like in check. When I go on party, there is an abundance of these, and I believe I can do as I have done before, and make the server truly enjoyable to play on, as it should be. I am a hard working person and I would love to see the server improve, I would like to get rid of the hackers and the spammers and all the people who break the rules in general. Further more I can guarantee you I will always be there to help. I am very active so I could help out anyone on any gamemode if anyone needs technical help I could tell the developer about it or if its an in-game hacker/spammer or anything I could help out right there and then I would help them then. When a rule-breaker comes in, it makes your time spent on the server not as well as you would want it to be, and I want to fix that for other players. I also want to become a staff member because I like to help people, in general. It may seem a bit cliché, but whenever I help a player, I get a good feeling inside of me. Why should we accept you for staff? I think you should choose me because I want to be a part of the staff team because I LOVE helping people. I like doing that and I want to be on the team. Why do you think you should be a moderator?: I Think i should become a moderator because, I am very active as i see you have a large player base, so i could help around controlling player's and warning them if no staff is around.Also i am a kind guy who is young but mature then other's.I have been playing minecraft for a while now so i have experience of the game.If they are hacking\spamming or breaking a rule then i will get right into handling the problem and give them a consequence if needed. A lot of the staff know that I would be a good fit for the job, as well as I have few friends around the community that are staff so if I ever needed their help on something, I know who to ask. I will not abuse, and I love to communicate, whether that be saying "Hey" to someone who just joined, or carrying on a conversation with someone if they need help or even just to talk, as well as giving them a good understanding of the rules and what a great server they are playing on. I also notice that there are some rule-breakers when the staff isn 't on, so I would like to be the person who is on to takes care of those people whom they may be. I actually want to work and do the job as a helper and I enjoy doing it. I enjoy doing the job and I know it, I've helped other servers in the past and It's a lot of fun doing the job. I could make a difference on this server as a moderator for so many reasons. I would help people learn rules, learn how to play prison, and learn many other things. If I could help someone learn the rules, I would tell them don't spam, don't use caps, try not to swear, and don't advertise server ip address. If I could help someone learn how to play prison I would tell them the objective . What you do is that you mine, then you sell your items. When you do that you do /rankup and try to rankup to your next rank. That's how I think I could make a difference as a moderator on this server.
