Police officers are officers of the law. They help protect you from danger and try to keep you safe. Police officers are generally charged with the apprehension of criminals and the prevention and detection of crime, and protection and assistance of the general public. In order to become a police officer you have to go through tough training and schooling. But also I might be joining the military, the branch that I’ll be going to is the marines or the army. Both of those are are hard to get in. These careers are both hard mentally and physically and they will test you to see if you are capable to be in that career.
To become an official police officer you would have to go through schooling and training. First you would have to be 21 or older to pass a competitive written exams in order to become a police officer. It is super important to be in shape and agile on your feet, because police officers have to be fast on their feet. So if you take any sports, it would help you out.
When in the academy you train as a police officer recruits have to go through training, and in that training you do a timed 3 mile run, as well as sit-ups, push-ups, jumping, squatting, sprinting and weightlifting based on weight and gender. Police Academy last for about 19 weeks, they train you to be in shape and they teach you what to do in different scenarios. A lot of people work hard to achieve their dreams of making a massive amount of money and having more than a seven percent return on their 401k plan. Truth is, life is not about the amount of money that we have saved up, it is about what we do to make a difference and how we will make our lifetime worth it. Something that people should set into place is a plan for their future. A plan that would help not only directs their path in life, but the paths of those around them too.
