When I go to the weight room all I hear is I'm stronger than you , Do you even lift bro ? , You weak , I hate hearing that. Honestly It doesn't matter how much you lift because you're lifting because you wanna see yourself with muscle once you step into the weight room you shouldn't care what others say they are not control your life you're doing what you want to do. How will I achieve my goal well I'm going to keep doing what i'm doing right now I take time of my life to go to the weight room 6 times a week for at least a hour and a half. I lift 30lbs on each arm, I bench 115lbs , I do arms 3 times a week. If i keep doing what i'm doing i believe in myself that I could bench press more then my body weight. I watch you tube videos to know what i'm doing and if i'm doing it right , I learn new thing mostly everyday thing i didn't even know
Some of the goals this year is to get good grades on most of the subjects. What I will do to accomplish that is I will listen in class and study for more than one day. Something I’ve done right I want to continue doing is to read a lot of books and writing excellent essays. I also want to do better in Social Studies. I will do this by studying history facts every week.
The first goal i would like to achieve is to get a GPA of 3.5 - 3.8 or higher and to get honor roll. I will achieve this goal by focusing more on my grades and paying more attention in my classes. This goal is important to me because I want to show my family I can do better this year. When I get the paper that says that you were in honor roll. I will
Some of the ways I would like to achieve my goals for this school year is to do all my work.Another way That can help me is to turn in all my work when it is supposed to be turned in.I will also make sure I earn all the credits I can this school year.
My goal right now is to start and end my last high school year with A's and join as many clubs as possible. Also, to volunteer and help out in my school and church any time I can. There's just so much I want to do and I feel like there's little time. I want to be apart of everything and do so much. Of course, I know I have to be careful with focusing too much on one thing because I could forget about my other obligations. For example, once I forgot about a performance, because I was so busy planning an event for my church. Another example, was when I forgot about a project, because I focused on helping wrap presents for christmas. I am getting better at balancing my responsiblilities and I am determined to end the year as strong as I
What does the word “honor” mean? There are many different meanings for it. It can mean a privilege, some a title of respect for judges, but the main definition would be high respect or esteem usually for a person. Honor basically means respect, either if you honor something or have honor.
My goals this year in CBK are to be successful and stay on top of my work , and graduating 11th grade and move on to 12th grade. That means I will need to turn in my work when it’s due and turn it in completely and on time. I will be successful by putting 110% in everything I do ,and if I need help on something I will ask questions. Asking questions is important because that’s how you’ll get a better understanding of what your doing. Minding my own business is another way I'll be successful because if I'm focused on my school work and myself I shouldn't have any problems.
Do you even lift bro? If you don’t that's okay, but there is more than meets the eye about weightlifting. Many people who may not have much knowledge about weightlifting may say all it does is help you build muscle and lose weight and that you have to eat healthy along with the training. But there is more to lifting weights than just that. There are benefits and drawbacks of weightlifting. Ones that affect the body physically and mentally whether is positive or negative, the use of supplements like protein powders, steroids, and the addictions that become of it, and there are more ways besides weight lifting to get the body you want or that weight goal a person may be trying to reach.
This years goal of mine is to get A, B honor roll this semester. Honors class is a class where the hardest stuff is. I want it because it could show me that I am brilliant. It can get me a good job in life. It could also make my parents very happy and show them I am intelligent . I never got honors class.
Although, there are times in my two years here in RHAM Middle School where things did get hard, but I still worked hard and tried my best and did everything to be best ability. I made sure I worked hard in all my subjects and I made sure I kept all my grades up even during sports. There are many things that I have accomplished in my middle school year, and there are many things that I am proud of. One of my accomplishments were having fantastic grades in all my subjects this year. In my seventh grade year I didn’t have really good grades, I guess because it was my first grade in middle school it was just stressful and nerve racking. My main goal this year was to try a lot harder than I did last year, stay focused on my school work inside school and out, and make sure to keep up my grades and have no C’s during any quarter
It has been said, "I would rather die standing than live on my knees!" (Emiliano Zapata). All things are possible to a person who stands on the foundation of honor. The definition of honor is a high regard or respect; personal integrity; reputation; privilege (Webster’s Dictionary). The word honor comes from Latin Honos. Honor shapes lives everyday, and provides the glue that holds a family, community and country together.
What does Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty mean it means a few things. Honor is a code that you hold yourself to with no excuses it is a recurring idea in a person, honor can mean something different for each person but to me honor means how you treat people that are in a less powerful position than you. Honor is when you could easily choose to not help someone or to actively hurt their cause but you choose to go against the pressure and help that person succeed in their task. Honor is hard to define because it is shown in actions not in a specific example, There are many ways a person can be dishonorable and there are many ways you can show honor, also you can be honorable in some cases but totally disrespectful and rude in another. Honor
To achieve this success for next year and the rest of this year I will need to put school first over everything. I’ve had problems over the years with not doing homework and putting other things first before school. After that, I will have to try harder than I have the past two and a half years. As a freshman and sophomore I did not really care about grades as much. I didn’t care to get C’s. I didn’t realize how important grades can actually be. If they determine whether you or the other person who got better grades should be accepted into a college or get the job you wanted.
I really want to pass all my classes with an A or a B. The reason i want to do this is because i don't want to go to summer school because i failed my classes. I don't want to go to 9th period either. Also i don't want to get in trouble. Right now i'm failing most of my classes and i have to work really hard to get my grades up. I need to pay attention in class and ask questions if i have any. I also need to do my homework because it helps me out a lot in my grade and it helps me because its practice. When there’s a test coming up i need to ask questions and i need to study and make sure i know
Add weight to your training workout: If you don’t develop your strength, you’re not going to get stronger.
Every year brings new memories, friends and standards accomplished. This year there is a lot I want to achieve both academically and out of school. For example I want to be more organized, which is a goal for both school and home. That includes keeping my binders and folders uncluttered, and remembering to bring any and all homework home. Another, more educational based goal is to be more prepared for tests and quizzes by being more smart when and how I study, and writing down when they are going to happen in my agenda. Finally I want to participate more in class, whether that be answering questions, or turning in all of my work.
